| EPILOGUE - LUXCIAN's P.O.V.

I massaged the bridge of my nose as I concluded addressing the paperwork that I had previously left unfinished. Kahit narito na ako sa bahay, hindi ko pa rin maiwasang hindi gawin ang mga trabaho ko sa opisina. Masyadong mas marami na ang gawain ko, kaya mas lalo kong maingat na pinapasadahan ang bawat papeles na dumaraan sa akin. Hindi puwedeng may makalagpas sa akin. Hindi puwedeng basta-basta lang ang pagdaan nito sa akin. 

Malawak na ang hawak ko, kaya kailangan ng pag-iingat.

Earlier in the meeting, the finance director made another idea. Making me re-think each and every step I did for our last project. That's the reason why I'm considering that now. Bilang siyang namamalakad, kailangan kong maging bukas sa lahat ng ideya at hinaing na ibinabato nila. Para rin naman ito sa ikabubuti ng kung ano man ang meron ako.

Countless situations took place. There have been several developments since I was recently standing on my own two feet. Wala ng direktang koneksyon sa dati kong mga tumayong magulang. 

Sariling pangalan noong una, ngunit 'di rin  naglaon ay mas nakilala nang dalhin ko na rin ang tunay kong pangalan. 

Chains and the condominiums I was in charge of began to expand. Some demanded refurbishment, while others required some expansion. Moreover, since I am the head— the president of all my properties and chains— I have to be responsible in terms of making strategies, management— may it be interns of financial or stakeholders, the innovations, and adaptation. 

In addition to matters with regard to external connections between people. It is my responsibility to conduct revenue as I represent the company that I work for and to network, take part in conferences-related pertaining to my industry, as well as deliver public speaking engagements.

Hindi ko inaasahan ang lahat ng ito ngunit lubos ang aking pasasalamat. Noong una ay hindi ko alam kung paano ko pa ilalaban kung anong naiwan sa akin, gayo'ng kun'di ako tinulungan ng mga kaibigan ko ay tuluyan  na akong ibinasura ng industriyang kinalalagyan ko dahil wala na ang pangalan na kailangan nila para mapakinabangan ako.

With the help of connections and as a dual citizen, I managed to build another branch in the States. 

I also used my middle name, which has multiple connecting links in terms of business. All the properties owned by my Mommy— a Bianchi-Chesterfield, were transferred to me. Hindi ko inaasahan na napakalaki ng mana na naiwan para sa akin.

Though, I did refuse it at first but they— the personal lawyer of Bianchi-Chesterfield, insisted, saying I am the only grandchild of Bianchi-Chesterfield, and they will entrust the businesses left by my Mommy. I took both the assets and liabilities of the business they left. This means that I am also responsible for any debts, legal obligations, or other liabilities that the business may have incurred.

I needed a considerable amount of time to evaluate the company's financial standing prior to taking up the bequest. Close and thorough examination of the company's contracts, accounts receivable and payable, and any pending litigation or obligations.
