Pipers POV;"I really don't think this is a good idea Four, I can do this alone" I continued to protest while he got the serum ready.
"Too late now" he flatly replied, injecting it into my neck, I winced slightly. I'd never get used to that.
He then took the same needle and injected Peter who was sat back on the chair, "lie on top of him" Four demanded, I went to protest but he gave me the look. I sat down between Peters legs and lay back so my head was against his chest. His arms wrapped around me slightly.
Four connected us by two small silver circles at our temples. "Close your eyes".
I did, close my eyes. I was terrified of him using all this against me. Not to mention that 5th fear.
My eyes opened. I was trapped in that small room again, walls beginning to close in on me, I stumbled backwards again to be held at the waist by a pair of strong hands. Peter.
"Small spaces or suffocating?"
I shrugged, "small spaces, although I don't think suffocating would be too pleasant either". I began to look around the floor again, pulling myself out of his grasp. "Look for screws, on the floor. Quickly" I muttered dropping to my knees rummaging around. He did the same.
It was dark. The walls were closing in. "Here" he raised his hand with two screws, I took one and left him with the other. He was a lot calmer than me.
"Shove it under that wall" I nodded to the wall behind me. He did just that, a lot quicker than me. My hands kept shaking. This was a fear after all.
"Hey, I'll do it" his hand touched mine to push the screw in. I tried not to make it obvious that I'd thought about that touch for what felt like days.
I closed my eyes to open them directly above Peters. I was on top of him. In a box. I was close enough to kiss him. "Being buried alive?" I nodded awkwardly as I squirmed around to lie beside him while he lay on his back.
"There should be a crowbar around here somewhere" I spoke even if it came out as more of a whisper.
"You're incredibly light you know" he laughed slightly while feeling around for the bar.
"No, you're just strong" I added.
"Is that a compliment Blue?" He smiled at me.
I rolled my eyes.
"You really shouldn't do that, rolling your eyes" he'd warned me of that before. My stomach filled with butterflies. He had some crazy effect on me that he knew about. I'd been feeling about behind me and moving my legs for no success. There was something shiny beside him. I leaned over slightly,
"I got it" I smiled grasping it in my hand, only to look down and see just how close we were, again. I pulled back quickly, unintentionally staring at his jaw and neck the entire time. "You're stronger," I started again handing him the bar, "there is sand above us but it's not deep just stick your hands up and you pull yourself out okay?" He nodded. Cramming the bar between the wood above us.
Closing my eyes again I opened them under water. A hand wrapped around my ankle pulling me further and further down. I kicked and kicked as I'd done the first time round. It wouldn't stop and there was no sign of Peter. I was struggling to keep my breath in. I kept kicking, looking down at the hand. The grip felt tighter and tighter.
I tried to reach down and pull the hand away but I couldn't. I'd used practically all my energy. I was about to give up.
It was as if the fears knew I was up to something.
