Running the Race

We are all in different lanes running the Christian race.

Yes we are in a race, a race in which we have to endure to the end to receive the prize of everlasting Life.

Sometimes in a race the athletes will fall down, they will get tired and sometimes feel discourage when they have lost. It's the same thing being a Christian, we don't know what our hurdle( our cross) will be. Some have found out already while others have not, but this is a individual race that we are running but as well we need to be each others coach, motivator and strength.

1Corinthians 9:24-25
:24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.
:25 And every man that striveth for mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.

So it's not just a journey or trying to live right but it's a race. Don't worry though, you have the best well-known coach, helper, motivator, redeemer, sustainer and saviour who is able to carry you through and let you come out victorious and the winner.
