Chapter 25

"ARISUU!" I hear Mina call out to me.

"Yes Mina? What wish is it now?" I teased.

"We're all going shopping tomorrow! And you're coming!" She exclaimed.

"Shopping? Where did this come from? And who is 'we're all?" I asked.

"Shopping for summer camp. Duh." She gestured her hand as if my question had an obvious answer. "And 'we're all' is the whole class. Like a class bonding experience!" She cheered.

"The whole class?" I repeated. "I mean I'll go, but good luck getting the whole class there." I laughed.

"That was easier than expected." She skipped away in the opposite direction.

"What was easy?!" I called out to ask her.

"Convincing you to come!" She yelled back.

"Yeah that was easy, there was no convincing, but good luck getting me out of bed in time." I said to myself.

The next morning I awoke to my cat Pea jumping on my bed, which usually happens on the weekends when I sleep in. I slightly opened my eyes to see where she was when I saw a pink figure standing next to my bed. It scared me and I practically felt my soul teleport leaving my body in the same place. I widened my eyes to see Mina.

I pulled the covers over my eyes. "Mina, how did you get in here?"

"Your mom let me in before she went to work." She explained.

"She just let you in?"

"Yeah! She recognized me from when I was studying with you and I told her I was here to pull you out of bed and she let me in." She smiled. "I wanted to make sure you actually got up since you said 'good luck getting me out of bed' or something."

I peeled to coveres off of my eyes and just stared at her. I knew she was technically right because I did say that, but I hated myself for it.

"Let me get ready." I groaned.

"Hey guys!" Mina waved eagerly as I trailed behind her.

"So you actually managed to get basically the whole class." I laughed to myself.

"Of course I did. Now come on, my favorite place in the world, The Kiyashi Shopping Mall." She waved her hand in front of the building as if it was its grand opening.

We all walk in and start to look around. Suddenly we hear people talk about U.A students and I remembered people still recognize us from the festival.

"The main reason I showed up is to get my mall pretzel, so before these people get any closer to ask us questions, I'm getting that mall pretzel." I declared to my classmates around me and disappeared into a crowd, leaving them behind.

I spot the pretzel stand and head straight towards it. On my way there I see this guy with a black hood covering his face. I focus on making my way to the stand as he gets closer. I stear way of him but he bumps into me, feeling a bit too personal.

"What the fuck man?" I asked, whipping my head around. When I turned my head he had a 3 finger grasp on my arm. "Can I help you with something?"

"I-I saw you on the news a few times...big fan." was the only sentence I got out of him before he let go of my arm and kept walking. His voice made my skin crawl.

Fucking weirdos in this city I swear.

I got my pretzel finally and caught up with a few of my classmates trying to ignore what previously occurred. I saw Jirou, Kaminari, and Tokoyami looking at records and I joined them.
