Towards the end of the day I got hungry and then remembered we still have no food in the dorms.

I'm really considering just being everyone's mother and doing the favor of shopping for them but I'm barely responsible for myself. I'll just go to the store and pick up some snacks.

"Hey," I said as I went around to everyone, getting their attention. "I'm hungry so after class I'm going to the store to get some snacks and stuff. I'm being nice so you all can pick at least one thing for me to get."

I started to take requests and realized how much stuff it was going to be.

I'm glad I didn't say groceries and I specified snacks.

"Arisu, are you sure you got all of that?" Yaomomo asked me.

"Yeah I think I'll be fine." I sighed.

"If you want some help I could come with you." Shoto suggested.

"Uh yeah, thanks Sho." I smiled.

Sho? Haven't said that in a while.

We walked into the closest supermarket and started scanning each aisle.

"It's nice you're doing this for everyone." Shoto said as he placed yet another bag of chips into the cart.

"It's nice you decided to help me." I replied. "I also kind of knew that if I showed up with food for just me that I'd feel bad...that and it would get eaten before I could even get to it."

"That's true, but at least you were thinking of other people." He said as he grabbed the cart to move it. We piled up on food and headed to check out.

"With the amount of stuff we got I'm really glad I'm not getting regular stuff like milk and 20 types of cereal." I laughed.

"I'm sure it would be more than 20. With how indecisive people are, it would be two per person." He smiled.

"Something about that sentence felt targeted." I crossed my arms.

"Well it wasn't...but you were considering to get two types of the same chips before switching the second bag out for cookies." He held up my two choices.

"And I could've gotten all three. I'm the one getting this stuff I can treat myself. We can't all live simple lives with our simple cold soba." I rolled my eyes.

"It's a good soup, what do you want me to do about it?"

"All I'm saying is it's better at restaurants." I huffed.

"Anything is better at a restaurant."

"Thank you captain obvious."

"You were the obvious one first!" He argued. "Besides, how would you know where good soba is?"

I grabbed half of the bags when he grabbed the other half. "Well since you're such an expert at soba places, maybe you need to show me one." I felt my face get hot.

"Maybe I will." He smirked and shugged, looking in the opposite direction.

We walked out and started walking back home. "It's be easier if I just teleport us..." I hummed.

He sighed. "Go ahead, as long as you don't crack me like those rocks you did when we were training."

"Ha ha very funny...but that was kind of cool wasn't it?" I smiled as I held out my hand for him to take it so I could teleport him with me.

"Yes, it was." He grabbed my hand.

"I'm telling you it was in his back pocket!" I said.
