-------------------------------

It's been two weeks since Meredith and Amelia arrived home. By the end of this week they'll be off to New Hampshire to get settled in before they start undergrad at Dartmouth.

In those two weeks, Meredith and Amelia has done everything but prepare. Party after party, hook up after hook up, and hangover after hangover.

One might probably wonder how they get away with all this? The Captain and Bizzy were in and out of town and brought Collins and Sawyer with them while Addison and Archer were doing their Residencies in New York. So you could just imagine the freedom  two sixteen-year-old girls had those past two weeks.

By the weekend though everybody will be home because Bizzy and The Captain planned a going away party for the two of them.

--------------------------------

"Mer get up! We need to get going, Addie texted that her plane just landed." Amelia barged into her room waking her up.

"Amy you're screaming! Shut up!" Mer says still groggy from having just woken up in addition to one of her worst hangovers.

"Whatever, come on let's go." Amelia shrugs off her comment and threw a pair of pants to Mer.

-----------------------------

Mer took driver's test two days ago and thankfully passed and got her learner's Permit.

The two quickly got out the driveway and headed to the Airport. They didn't need to stay long because Addie was just waiting by the taxi bay.

On the drive back Addison went on about a patient who was brought in because he and his wife tried some positions on a magazine. It went sideways and that was what led them to the E. R.

"They said they were trying no. 7" Addison giggled handing the magazine to Amelia while Meredith had her eyes on the road.

"Yeah this is in no way comfortable. 10, 14, and 19 though, those were surely heaven." Amelia snarked reading the magazine loudly. Addison just laughed it off, because she thought it was no surprise that Amelia was already doing this stuff, she was always the wild one.

"Mer read no. 21, you'd have to be immaculate to do this one." Amelia handing over the Magazine to her while they were briefly stuck in traffic.

"Yeah, but it's soooo worth it." Meredith emphasized as she read what was no. 21, not realizing her protective older sister was right in the backseat.

"What did you just say?" Addison questions looking into the rear view mirror. If looks could kill Meredith might be dead right about now.

Amelia just looked at her both stunned and proud that her best friend was so adventurous.

Addison on the other hand wasn't so amused.

"So anyone hungry? I think I saw a new pizza place open around here. They say they've got good Margherita." Mer says nervously trying to change the subject, but Addie was absolutely not having it.

"MEREDITH CATHERINE GREY-MONTGOMERY!, ARE YOU ENGAGING IN SEX"

"No?" Meredith says already regretting having learned how to talk while Amelia was just sitting over on her sitting trying to the best of her abilities to stifle the laughs that try to escape her lips.

In a what should've 20 minute drive back to the Mansion but felt more like a lifetime, Addison just kept going on lecturing Meredith while Amelia just couldn't hold it in anymore and just Laughed while Addison was fuming with lectures.

They miraculously arrived home. Addison walked out the car and slammed the door. Amelia was too amused about the situation that Meredith was actually thinking she might need some oxygen soon.

------------------------------------------

"So I invited the Averys to come for the party would that be alright Mer?" The Captain asks Meredith who was still trying to avoid eye contact with Addison because they hadn't talked yet since they got to the Mansion.

"The Averys? Sure." was all Meredith said as they continued dinner. Thank God Archer wasn't arriving until tomorrow otherwise he would've picked up on this and started asking questions right then and there.

-----------------------------------

"We need to talk." Addie says knocking on the door.

"Look Addie, if it's for another lecture could we just save it for tomorrow? I'm just packing up the last of my stuff." Meredith says while putting some books into the box.

"It's not, It's- Tell me, Are you at least being safe?" Addison asks hesitantly.

"Come on Addie, I've lived with a family full of doctors, of course I am." Meredith looks up, answers Addie with a small smile.

Addison decides despite being so against it, that she'll just drop it.

----------------------------

It was now the day of the party. They dressed up and got ready. More and more guests started to arrive.

"Hi, you must be Meredith. Jackson Avery." a man with blue eyes reached out a hand for Meredith.

"uhm- Yeah, Meredith-but you probably already know that since you just said." Mer smiles awkwardly while Jackson just giggles.

"So I heard you'll be going to college soon, which university?"

"Dartmouth" Meredith replies.

"Really? No way, I'll be going there this fall." Jackson points out the coincidence. Meredith just smiles.

"Hey uh, when will you heading up there?"  Jackson asks her.

"in two days actually." Meredith says taking a sip of her water.

"Well why don't we go together?" Jackson offers.

"Sure, is it okay if my friend comes along? She and I are kind of inseparable and do almost everything together." Mer explains to her.

"No problem, the more the merrier." Jackson smiles and they continued to chat and enjoy each other's company the rest of the party.
