"You know," Mark starts as he and Meredith lay on the couch cuddling after Meredith confesses her love for him. "As much as I love being with you and spending every minute with you," He says as he draws circle on to Meredith's arm. "You are going to have to face your family eventually,"

"I know," Meredith responds as she sits up from Mark's grasp. "I texted Archie and he says their still at Addison's," she contemplates what to do next. "I think I should head back and face the music, can't keep running," she finally decides as she stood up from the couch to take her coat off the coat rack.

Mark follows and leads her to the doorway. "Just remember to keep it at your own pace ok? You absolutely do not owe anyone anything."

Meredith gives him a reassuring smile and kisses him goodbye. "I'll call you later."

Meredith stands on the porch of the Montgomery-Shepherd household, she takes one deep breath and steps inside.

As she steps in, she sees Archer in the kitchen making lunch while the Captain and Ellis were both seated on the couch talking. They all acknowledge her presence as she shuts the front door.

"Meredith-" Ellis frantically stood up, trying to see if she is ready to have the conversation they have all been dreading.

"Dr. Grey- Could I just stick to calling you that for a while?" Meredith interjects before any of them could speak. "I have thought it through, and as much as I hate to admit it, you were right. You made the best decision you could make because you me to experience a family full of love and happiness. So, I guess in some twisted way, I should be thanking you, because the life- the family, that I have right now is something that I wouldn't trade for in whatever universe." Meredith says as she faces Ellis with a light sheen in her eyes.

"That being said, okay." Meredith declares. "I would agree to us getting to know one another, with the condition that we only do it through dinner, every two weeks, and I decide on the time and place." She proposes with a blank look on her face. The captain sees the silence as the window for him to hug his daughter. As they face Ellis Meredith start to speak once more.

"What do you say Dr. Grey?"

"I say-" Ellis looks at them both. "Do we start this week?"

*****

"Hmmph," Meredith moans as Mark starts to lap up her wetness.

It has already been two weeks since everything that went down. Meredith is scheduled to have her stem cell transplant done tomorrow with her anonymous donor. She was now in the Montgomery-Shepherd Residence receiving oral from Mark in her sister's living room.

"Mark stop, Addie might come barging in." Meredith huffs out of breath trying to push Mark away, which only caused Mark to go in deeper.

"Then we better make this quick, don't you think baby?" Mark says looking up to her as goes to kiss her neck while his fingers started to make its way over her entrance. Although he knew both Derek and Addison had surgery and wouldn't be home for hours, he wanted to keep this thrill and worry in Meredith.

"Fuck Markk, please." Was all Meredith could muster up as Mark continued to suck on her neck leaving his marks as well as continued to finger her with one seems like his whole fist at this point. "Mark, fuck. I am soo close." Meredith could barely keep her eyes open when they hear someone stepping on to the porch. "Shit-" She squeals as they both scurry over to the closest broom cabinet faster than the speed of lightning.

Addison steps into her home and tosses the keys on to the small table by the door. "Mer?" She calls out. She assumed she was home when she saw all the books laying out on the living room coffee table.

Meredith plants her face on the door trying to hear who was outside while Mark had other plans. He starts pushing his member in from behind and this took Meredith by surprise. "Mark- What are you- hmmf- Addie is right outside!"

"Weren't you so close to finishing babe?" Mark smirks as he could see the thoughts battling inside Meredith's head. "You are going to have to be extra quiet now darling. You wouldn't want Addison hearing her little sister being glamorously fucked now would we?" Mark says as he pounds into her harder.

"Ahh, Mark this is crazy," Meredith still tries to protest making her end up squealing a little too loudly.

Addison hears a faint noise coming from the back broom closet and she decide to investigate. She steps closer trying to hear for anymore sound coming from the small room under the flight of stairs.

"Baby I told you we have to be quiet." Mark growls as he opens a new packet of sponges from the shelf and takes one from the bunch. "Open wide now." He takes the sponge in to Meredith mouth and instinctively, Meredith bites on to it. He pounded in harder and faster causing Meredith to moan in muffles as they hear footsteps coming in closer to their direction.

As Addison cautiously stepped closer, she could hear slight movement from the room. As she did so, the sound became slightly more evident.

And as if the Sex Gods plead mercy, the telephone upstairs started to ring and Addison came to the conclusion that it just might be her imagination and that she would just have to check later as soon as she done with the call.

Meredith starts to squirm as she is once again, so close to her climax. Mark grunts also almost at his high. He continues to pound into faster than ever and Meredith is biting on to the sponge for dear life. They both finish together as Mark pulls out from behind her and laid all his product on to her lower back.

As soon as they caught their breath, Meredith came back to her senses and takes the sponge out of her mouth and realizes how ridiculous they both look. "You are insane!" She silently screams as she throws the wet sponge at Mark. He of course just laughs at her reaction and got dressed.

*****

It was yet another big day for Meredith as she was now to get the second stem-cell transplant of her life. To say she was nervous was a huge understatement.

"ok, hopefully, this will be the last procedure you'll be facing and if all goes well, you'll be able to be back to work in three months after your isolation to avoid infection, which would be just in time for your intern exam." Bailey explains to her in pre-op and Meredith just nods as she looks around sees her whole family gathered around her room. She can't help but smile at this, and like a light bulb popping out her head she had the craziest thought.

"Ok, since we're all here, and I am about to have yet another life-threatening procedure, might as well put this out in the open." Meredith announces as everybody, even Mark who was only standing by the door listens intently.

"Mark and I, are dating"

And in what's like just a snap of the fingers, commotion builds up in the room, mostly filled with the questions thrown by Addison, Derek, and the rest of the Montgomery clan like 'What?', 'Since when?', 'You better run you bastard', 'Mark Sloan of all people?'. Meanwhile Christina and Amelia hoists Meredith's pre-op bed and speeds out of the room like a getaway car. "You wanna come with?" Meredith asks Mark who was almost sweating. He just comes along with no hesitation as the commotion continued to ramble on, causing Miranda Bailey to do nothing more but plant a palm to her face.

"What am I going to do with this kid?"
