Monday, February 11th,
I feel the need to explain this right now, before I even get to the actual writing, today, the buses were cancelled, but my Dad drove me and Link to school, of course, the only one of my friends that went to school was Summer, sometimes I even question it, BUT TODAY WAS ALL RIGHT! I got in a few minutes late, and 2 grade 7 boys took over Sally and my desks, and the one kid, who was sitting at my desk, put is bare feet on it!
Yes, HIS BARE FEET!!!!!! It was gross, now just imagine me thinking about that the ENTIRE time, I'm writing this out.
I know it's gross, it's worse for me, I HAVE TO SIT THERE TOMORROW!!!!!!
Math was easy, so, yeah, recess was bad, because I got my feet soaked, because Summer and Ashlen decided we NEEDED to go out onto the completely slushy yard.
After recess we had gym, well, we didn't really have gym, but it was a free period, and Mr Arves let us go down there. We played girls vs boys dodge-ball. It was really unfair, it was 4 boys, against like 7 girls, but the girls weren't very good at it.
At one point we were stuck behind the out of bounds on the boys side, we were suppose to be trying to get the balls back to our team, but it wasn't working, we only had 1 girl left, and she didn't have a strong enough arm to throw it into the basket ball net. So all of us pretended to have a ball, even through I think me and another girl were the only two that did, then, when the guys had their backs turned, we would shoot the ball. It took a few minutes, but then, I got it in, and we all ran back to our side. The guys said we cheated, but technically, Mr Arves didn't say we could shoot from that side, and he saw us doing it, and he didn't stop us.
At lunch recess, Summer and I hung with some of the other grade 8 girls that had come. We went on one of the giant snowy-icy piles that had been made when they cleared the tarmac. We were just standing there, watching Dylan jump off of it. Every so often you would step on the wrong part and the snow would either collapse beneath you, or if was icy, so you would slip, causing everyone to grab onto each other, in a, "If I'm going down, you're going down with me" grip. It was fun.
Also, Ricky, and Even V made a tunnel through one of the smallest snow hills, with the help of Dylan. Then, Mrs Kipes came over and forced them to destroy it, because it was, "unsafe!" How unfair, they spent all day making that tunnel, so they destroyed it, then buried Dylan in its ruins, people took pictures, and Mrs Kipes forced them to delete them, even through Dylan said they could take the pictures.
In French we played bingo, and I was the first one who called, and callers always got a candy, so even though I didn't win, I still got a candy.
Literacy, we pretty much read (I started my Novel Study!) then we did a tribe, a fun game were you had to look at someone, but if they looked at you too, you both were out. I won! I was the only one who didn't look at anyone at the same time they looked at me for the whole game!
Achievement unlocked: Don't look at me! (Lol, just kidding, but it would be epic if there were achievements in real life, just like in Skyrim and Minecraft!) Something to look forward to you know?
