Tuesday, September 25th,
Um, school. I only am going to say, it was kind of cold, and we had soccer. If I get in (which is a strong possibility because I am one of the goalies), I won't be able to walk with Mary to her house after school to sleepover. 'Cause, 1) Soccer goes till 3:30 and our parents have to pick us up, and 2) who wants to go to someones house after being all sweaty and running around? Nobody! I would have to go home and take a shower first!
But I kind of hope that I get in, cause I really want to be in it, especially since if this extra curricular thing doesn't get sorted out with our government. This may be the only sport we get to do! I have a good chance because as I said, I play goalie, and I am really confident around the ball. I always jump in front of the ball, and cut people off, plus I have pretty good technique.
For gym we had to do stupid passing stuff, and dribbling for soccer, I got to wear my cleats, since I only had my boots. It wasn't all that bad. I was really quick for the dribbling, but when it came to the passing, I sucked. Jarad kept saying I was toe punting the ball, which I wasn't, my Dad did show me how to properly kick a soccer ball, hard.
Then when Mr Arves was marking us. I did the best kick ever, right before he came to our group. Then, of course, I ultimately failed and did a sucky kick, right when he was watching me!
We had a fire drill, but we were already outside so it didn't really matter all too much. Mary was upset, but I told her it meant we didn't have to do a scrimmage, that cheered her up!
Well, that's all I really want to comment on, so have a good day, and yes, I know it is short, but, well, I can't make all of them long, I have a social life too! I have school work, a social life (as I said), books to read as well as other books to write! So I hope you can stick through the short chapters so that you can have those long chapters I know you all love! (When they do show up.)
