Friday, December 14,

Okay, I know I didn't update this week, expect for Monday, but that because this has been like the best week ever! Except for some small details that I am not going to name, but you should guess were my "friends." However! This is [hopefully] going to be positive. I may have to throw some negative stuff in there so it has a little drama.

So, Wednesday, our grade 6, 7, and 8 students all got to go see Miracle on 34th Street! The teacher that took us is awesome! I was in his class last year and he promised that he would take us grade 8's if he planed another play trip! And he did! (Insert happy face here).

After we went to the play, which I won't remark upon because I know some people may want to see it, I don't know, also, I don't want this to just turn into a giant rant. So, after the play Mr Arves let us read and do our art, I mostly just read because our grid art is hard, and I couldn't be bothered with it at the moment.

Thursday! Now this is a day to remark upon. Orientation day! We grade 8's got to go to the high school- no remark to which mind you- and see some of the class'.

We first went into the theatre! So we could see the opening speech, on the way in there we were each given a slip with a different extra curricular activity on it. As I was sitting beside Mary, I knew she got Hockey, and I got Chess. There was, like, nobody around us with Hockey, so I had no chance to be with Mary.

All the boys behind us were trading and trying to get into groups with their friends, I swear! They found out what everyone in our school had.

Evan K behind me traded with me, so I got Choir! Music! Though I would never enter choir, I'm a solo singer!

Mary and I figured the people didn't want us to trade, but, once we figured out that they were who our groups were, there was no stopping anyone from trading. Because I traded I ended up being in the same group as Sally and her friend.

The tour was pretty cool, I liked some of the class' a lot, I know the tour is suppose to help us learn where the class' are, but all the doors and halls looked the same, so, I know I am going to get lost the first day, I just know it!

Sally, her friend and I were joking around saying we would need a map, and that maybe we should go to the school shop to buy one, but where was the school shop? We would need a map just to find the shop, so that was a totally different problem!

Then we went back to the theatre, and the leaders and teachers asked a whole bunch of questions for t-shirts. Cameron, of course wrecked it for our school by asking stupid questions so our school was never asked. I had my hand up before the guy even asked the full question because I knew what he was going to ask, but they still didn't pick me. Lexi was the only one in our entire school who got a t-shirt, and she bragged a bit about it.

Now, enough about that. Today I didn't have to go to school!

Link and I had eye exams, and after Mom went to get her nails done. So, she said we didn't have to go to school after Lunch if we didn't want to! (Insert happy face here!)

So, yeah! That's about it!
