Friday, November 9th,
Today, is the real Remembrance day ceremony... well, not the real, real one, because its not the 11th, so we won't have any veterans with their flags and bagpipes (insert sad face here).
Well, Barney and I got to go down early to the gym, because we are the speakers, as if you didn't know if you are reading this! We got to miss Music, which any other time I would have been upset about, but, it was in the computer lab. I like making music, not looking up music. Actually, I don't know what we did, but it must not have been very important because Mary and Summer didn't go and brag about it. (Insert shrug here.)
My mom was there, it's funny, I freak and hug my mom when I see her, Link just waves, as in barely raises his hand, barely even able to tell it's a wave unless you are looking for it, or you know my brother. Such as I or my mom do.
The assembly went well, I had to remember how to say veterans, because I kept saying it wrong, yeah, I know, don't get all up in my face about it!
Now, here is the funny thing about the whole talking thing, the 2 paragraphs I worked the most on, as in, tried to memorize, are the ones I ended up stuttering a bit on, but then, it just became so easy and I was able to get through it slow and without and problems. Stupid reverse sicolo-how ever you spell it stuff!
Once the assembly was done, I convinced Mom to take Link and I out for lunch! Oh yeah, be jealous! She agreed and we got to go to the local eat-y place, um, I can't think of the word without giving away the name of the place, therefore giving up my location! An ANA just doesn't do that.
The food was good, but of course! Cameron just happened to be going there with his friends for lunch! He had told me earlier this morning that he was going out for lunch, I just hadn't noticed he meant THERE! He kept looking at us through the windows, then when we had thought he had left I thought, "Bet he is going to go up to the window behind me..." Guess what!?!?!
He did. -_-
Link insisted on going with his friends (in other words, Cameron and all them), even though he shouldn't be friends with them because they are all bad influences.
That's all that happened today, so um... au revoir! (Tis' French for goodbye)
