i grew up around so many people who showed me who i didn't want to be
i created my own idea of who i wanted to be
no matter what i set my mind on growing into that girl
in the very moment in which im writing this,
i can say i'm her
she is me
i am the kind of person i needed growing up
i am full of life and love
i focus on the little things in life
i'm good at everything i do
so i can say
despite everything
i went through growing up
and what i'm still going through
i've made myself proud
i am her
she is me
