i can say being in love was truly the best thing i experienced
love isn't perfect
it hurts
some days i felt like the love was sucking the life out of me and i wanted to stop loving
but
it was also the most divine and ethereal feeling ever
the love i experienced was so much deeper than being on the surface
i felt like your soul and mine were one
you're the reason i believe in soul connections
because i felt it with us
before you laid your mouth or hands on me
your soul touch me in such an indescribable way
our loved turned sourer faster than i wanted it to
i wish we could have been the way forever
but despite this thank you for the feelings
thank you for the memories
thank you for reminding me that i deserved the best and that a love deeper than on the surface truly exist
