Chapter 44: Models For Now

Brett P.O.V
"No, turn that way!" The photographer yelled at me, pointing a direction which was unclear. I moved myself to where I thought he meant, but was wrong. He scoffed and walked over to me.

"Like this!" Spit flew from his mouth as he turned me in the correct postion. He walked back over to the camera and positioned himself.

"Sorry he's so rude. I wouldn't have asked you to do this if I knew he was this rude." Shailene whispered to me.

"It's okay. Anything for you two." I kissed her cheek and heard the camera click.

"Nice! Now postion two!" He yelled. I repositioned myself so I was making a heart with my hands and Shay's hands were holding mine. I heard another click from the camera.

"Um, I was wondering if I could put blue paint on my hands since I'm having a boy. Does that sound okay?" Shay asked the photographer.

"Sounds cute. I'll be right back, ma'am." The photographer left looking for some paint.

"What trick do you have up your sleve?" I asked Shay.

"You'll see!" She giggled.

"So this is pose one..." The photographer clicked one of the pictures in the computer. In the picture, Brett had his arms around my belly and was kissing my cheek.

"Nice!" Brett smiled and put his arm around me.

"What about the collage I suggested?" Shay asked.

"Ah, yes. Here you go." He clicked another button which showed two pictures of Shay and I. On the top, my hands were around her from behind and created a heart and Shay's were holding mine. On the bottom, our hands were away from her stomach and as Shay suggested, the blue paint was on my hands which created a blue heart on her white shirt. The heart was created from the outline of my hands with blue paint.

"I love it!" She shouted, then kissed me out of no where.

"Yeah, it's super cute!" I admitted. Shay had a good eye for photography.

"That's great! I'll make sure to give them to you through the mail." He started typing up our order on the computer.

"I love you, Shailene Murray." I kissed her gentlely and rubbed her belly, feeling a few kicks.

"I love you too, Brett Summers." She smiled at me, gracefully.
