Chapter 52: Graduation

After the remaining time of school for us, it is finally graduation. We all had our cap and gown on us and one by one, we all slowly got our diploma and we all had a party for us to have. Food, drinks and just hanging out. I grabbed a can of soda and walk over to some shading away from the party but not too far away. I pulled my mask down and slowly drink down the soda. After I was done with it, I look at the other people in the party, having a good time and relaxing. I made myself a happy face but I didn't want to truly smile. Just seeing everyone else having fun was all I need to see myself in a good mood.

After I finishing drinking down the soda, I put my mask up and walk over to a trash can to put the can inside the trash can. As I was leaving to go home and leave the school completely, someone threw a soda at me and I caught it. I turned around to see Devin, shocked. I look at the soda and it was just a Cola. I turn my head to them and said one thing.

Thanks- I said, with a shrug.

I then walk to the front and the side of the school and took a picture so I will remember it. After I did that, I officially walk away from the school and didn't look back while I went back home.

As soon as I head back home, the figure immediately ran up to me and grabbed my hand and dragged me somewhere

Wait, where are we going?! Where is everyone?? -I said.

I heard the figure laugh a bit, it was my first time hearing that from him so it started me for a bit. As we made our way to the diner room, I took off my mask and as we went inside, I was immediately hugged by the figure. He smiled as he and everyone else was happy. Is that what it feels to be loved? I hold my tears back as I was happy to see everyone else who is like me, to be glad that I have done a achievement like this. Clyde also ran up to me and hugged me as well when the figure stopped. The figure was surprised and backed up for a bit. Everyone was glad to see me like this.

Thanks you guys..! -I said as tears are now flowing through my face now. I wipe the tears off of my face and noticed it was blood. I didn't care too much as I was more happy about everyone else happy to see me graduate.

"So, you heading to college?" -Clyde said

I'm not sure if I will...? -I said, everyone looked at me, confused.

Next thing I got, my phone started to ring. I pulled it out and answer it.

It's ALT. Need something? -I said

"You applied for X University right?" The person asked

Yeah...what about it? -I respond

"Well you are just in luck Ms. ALT, since you just graduated from high school, and we saw your exam and they are really well, you are ACCEPTED!" -The person said in glee. I was surprised, everyone still looked at me, confused

Holy....thank you so much! -I said, in shock

"Your welcome. You will start after summer, September the 2nd. See you there!" -The person said as they end the call.

"So....who was that?" -The fallen angel said

So, you know how I said, I wasn't sure about college? -I asked

"Yeah, What about it?" -Clyde said

Well.....I got accepted! -I shouted, having my hands up and my fists ready

Everyone started cheering and was really excited. We all had a little party that stayed until it was nighttime. After that, we all left the room and partner ways. Me, Clyde and the Figure was walking with me to my room. We all talked about what am I gonna do during that time. After that, I walk inside my room and sat down on the couch and watch some tv. Sitting there and having a good time after what just happened.
