Chapter 98: The only weakness

ARGH! Wh-what the...! -I said

I slowly look down to see a stake stabbed onto me. I forgot about the stake being the main weapons used to kill vampires. Since I became a vampire, it affects me as well. The pain was... agonizing.

You...bitch. -I said as I slowly look up to see the girl. She still have the stake on her hand.

"What do you think is gonna happen here huh? I thought you was better then this." -The girl said. She kept the stake onto me and pushes me on the ground. I was on my knees, blood was dripping from the side of my mouth.

"For someone who is different, you sure are weak. I guess you haven't taken any or barely any research about us hmm?" -She said.

I was...planning on heading...there, but...you stabbed me asshole. -I said. I look up at her again.

"Well, you will be dying slowly. Have fun trying to get that out then, Jayla." -The girl said as she laughed while walking away from me.

I got up from one knee, and slowly get the stake out. After some time, I finally got the stake out of me. I screamed in pain, while blood was spilling quickly. Before I was able to continue screaming, I see some black spikes, warping around me and sending me to the Void Dimension.

As I was clutching my wound, Zara and Azure ran up to me and tried their best to patch up my wound to slow down the bleeding. I have my eyes shut from all the screaming and pain I am feeling that I didn't know Zara and Azure also have that same stab from the stake, but they was bleeding slowly, not as quick as mine. They can feel the pain, but not as much as I can. After some time, they managed to stop the bleeding and fully patch up my wound. I finally noticed that the pain is gone and I stopped screaming, only to realize I am back at the Dimension. I got up to see Zara and Azure having the same wound as me. Mine was patched while theirs is not.

"Are you a idiot? Why would you think getting yourself stabbed was a great idea? What absolute fool would think it is a GREAT IDEA to do that?!" -Zara shouted.

"Zara, calm down. Jayla is fine now right?" -Azure asked. Her head turned to face me.

I nod my head, slowly.

"See? She needs to heal. Didn't you see what happened?" -Azure asked. She turned her head to Zara.

"I barely saw it but a vampire stabbed her. I couldn't tell who it was." -Zara said

"Now that we know which monster did it, we gotta find out who did it." -Azure responded.

"Do we slowly give them pain when we find them? Stab them? Slowly disable their soul? Make them bleed for hours on end?" -Zara said.

"Not yet, we should let Jayla decide their fate. After all, she was the one who got stabbed, so it's her choice what she does to them." -Azure said.

"Are you serious? Why does she gets all the fun?" -Zara said

"You do it all the time before we possessed her. Remember, this is her body." -Azure said

"Alright...fine." -Zara said

I finally managed to get up and was able to heal myself finally. I walked around for a bit and touch my chest, I don't feel blood on my chest. I look at Azure and Zara and noticed their wound is slowly gone as well.

Thanks you two. - I said.

See? You're fine now. Now get out. -Zara said.

I wave my hand and left the Void Dimension.

When I got up to the surface, I was at my room. I wasted no time to head to one of the vampire libraries and read a few books about vampires and the information about them. I also have to ask a few vampires around the library about their species and what do they do.

After some time, I read through all of them and left the library, and walked outside and smell the fresh and lovely air. Minutes later, I walk back inside and I went to one of the hallways.

That's when I noticed a fight was gonna happen.
