Chapter 82: The hunt and the Void

I look behind me and still see the now knocked out student and I think if I should kill him or leave him. This would show up in a few outcomes: If I kill him, I would have eaten him alive and there would be blood on the ground. Somebody would have heard me chewing on his flesh and bones and would probably call the cops or would have tried to hurt me. If I did managed to eat him completely and leave the blood, a investigation would have went on about a missing person or a dead person in campus grounds and more rumors would be pinned on me.

If I leave him on the other hand: He would have woken up and remember what happened and would have told someone about it. This would result in someone believing it and things would escalate further or someone will call him crazy and would taken to a asylum. If he woken up and doesn't remember what happened before he kidnapped me, I would be safe and good to go.

If he was still knocked out: Someone would have seen him and would send him to the nurse's office or a hospital to get help. The cops probably would have arrived at the area and would do their investigation and I would get caught at some point. Finally: he probably would have been taken to his parents or grandparents house or his dorm room if he was still knocked out after the hospital and shit.

This was a tough choice but I left him behind and grabbed my stuff from my locker. After that, I went home for the night. As soon as I head home, I went to my room and set my stuff down. When I left my room, I did some training with my weapon, my powers and my abilities. After that, I went to grab something to eat and drink some blood for the night. As I was gonna head back to my room, I was getting pulled back by something and before I know it, a portal of some sort opened up and I was tossed in there.

I finally landed myself on the ground after what seem to be moments. When I sat up, I rub my head and look around. It was just empty space. I force myself to get up and walked around. It feels like I have been walking for hours.

Argh...where even am I? What is this place? -I said

All of a sudden I see pairs of eyes, two of them in fact. They slowly walk up to me and I just stood there. I tried to run when instead I couldn't even move. It feels like I was getting either grabbed or I am stuck somewhere. One of them was a pair of green eyes, another was pink. After some time, they fully walked up to me. I was expecting them to attack me, but....they didn't. Instead they given me a vision of something. What looks to me getting possessed by the people I see in front of me: parasites that takes the form of Void Demons. These Void Demons are unknown to me but they showed me that I will know their names soon enough and what they look like. They will 'help me' along my life until I am fully dead with a deal of them trying to 'protect me from anyone and anything'. I didn't really think about it or even believe about it. Then I was send far down this unknown place and that same portal that brought me to that place was opened and I landed on the ground in front of the front doors of the house.

I lift my head up, to see the figure looking at me, confused and offers a hand to help me up. I accept it and has gotten up from the floor I fell onto. He scratched his hood, wondering what happened.

It is nothing, I'm gonna go for a hunt, wanna come? -I asked

He nod his head and we left the house to go after some people or ten of them. We would search and find people no matter what they are doing and would kill them and share the body parts and organs to each other. Usually, we do this in non-public parts around the streets and sometimes in private and dark places. We have done this for some time now, over 3 hours it may be.

There are some people who can try to find us but in the end, we would do something about it before they have the upper hand. It would be a swift and clean kill, leaving only blood on the ground or walls. We would look around before and after the kill. If we see someone trying to get us caught, we give them a punishment. That's just the average hunt for us. We would usually do this in 3 hours minimum and the maximum would be close to dawn: 5AM. The both of us would make sure we both get half and half of each human we kill. If we find and kill two humans, we would both have a human to eat before we move on to the next one.

Just when it was close to dawn, we left the area and head back home after a nice and lovely dinner for the night.
