Chapter 21

-Christmas day-

My eyes shoot open. I still get as exited as a little kid but I don't care. I jump and start shaking Austin. "Babe get up its Christmas!" I squeal. He groans and I kiss him until he opens his eyes. "Okay okay I'm up... You're just like a little kid." I grin "I know" I jump out of bed and go to wake up Jack. We go into the dining room to find mom and dad setting up for breakfast. "Morning everybody" mom says. "Morning merry Christmas" I say kissing each on their cheeks. My dad smiles "merry Christmas" I smile again and sit down. After breakfast I make a hot chocolate and go sit in the living room. I open my stocking to find some candy, a few cards, earrings, necklaces, and... Ugh condoms. "JACK!" I yell throwing them at him. He bursts out laughing. "You're the worst!" I say. "Ooh I'll be right back" I say running into Austin and my room. I grab his neatly wrapped present and go back to the living room. "Here you go" I say handing Austin the small box. He opens it to find a couple passes to the ski hill. "Thanks Amber" he says. I smile. He hands me a small box and I open it to find a diamond necklace from Tiffany's! It has one big diamond and two small ones on the sides. I notice that the two small ones are in the shape of two A's. "Austin it's beautiful" I whisper. My mom walks over to me. "That is a beautiful necklace!" She exclaims. I put it on and start digging around for my parents presents. After they open their presents to each other I grab mine from Jack. "I'm honestly kind of scared" I say holding the medium sized box. Jack laughs "don't be" I begin to unwrap it. I find a collage of pictures of us from when we were kids. "Wow thank you Jack I love it." He smiles. I hand him his. He opens it to find a tool kit. "Sorry I couldn't find anything else." He laughs "it's fine I needed a new one anyways my old one got stolen" I smile and mentally thank myself for getting that. My parents hand me a small envelope. I open it and it says

I look at them confused. My da leads me outside. He throws me a set of keys . "Hit the unlock button" dad says. I hit it and turn around to see a 2008 white ford king ranch (only the truck I've wanted for my whole life!) and it has chrome. "HOLY JESUS MOTHER OF GOD!!" I yell running to my dad. He laughs and twirls me around. "Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!" I squeal. "Your welcome dear" my mom says. Best. Christmas. Ever
