I wake up and try to move, but Austin has his arms tightly around my waist. I kind of turn so I can face him. "Babe it's okay to let me up I'm not gunna run away" I whisper in his ear. He doesn't move. Ugh he's such a heavy sleeper. I lean closer and put my lips on his. His eyes pop open. "Morning sleeping beauty" I say. "Whatever" he mumbles. I try to wiggle out of his grasp, but he drags me right to his chest every time I get close to the end of the bed. "C'mon babe we have to go to court today." I say. He finally lets me get up, but not before I kiss him. I decide I want to look classy. I put my hair up in a bun, and grab a black button up blouse, and a black skirt. I apply some mascara, and light eyeshadow. "Wow, you look like you're twenty not sixteen" Austin says when I walk out of the bathroom. "Is that good or bad?" I ask him. "I like older women" he jokes. "Ha ha very funny, then I guess you don't want to date me?" I say. His face goes from smiling to a frown. "I'm kidding" I say laughing. We walk downstairs and see drew sitting texting someone. "How much damage was done? Do I need a new bed?" He asks. Austin laughs "yup we demolished it" he says. I turn around and look at him disapprovingly. Drew laughs, "we have to go in ten minutes" he says. Austin and I nod. We all get into the car and drive to court. We pull up in front of the courthouse and there are loads of paparazzi. We walk up and go into the giant building. I'm gripping Austin's hand for dear life. We go in and sit down. My lawyer comes up and sits with us. "Okay so you don't have to talk but you have to tell me the whole story." He says. We tell him the whole thing and show him some texts. I see James come in with two officers since he's in custody. He sits down and looks over at me. The judge walks in and we rise then sit again. "Okay, please tell me the story" the judge say to my lawyer. He explains the whole thing. I don't think James has a lawyer. "James did you do all these things" the judge says looking at him. He gets up "YES I did all of these things I don't care if I go to jail! At least I got to fuck her life up!" "get him out of here!" The judge demands. "James you are under arrest for rape, kidnapping, and the fact that she's underage doesn't help either" the judge says. "You are in jail for life with no chance of parole" the judge says. The cops pull him away and I get up. I'm crying. "Case dismissed" the judge says while she exits the room. I run into Austin's arms. "we won!" I cry into his chest. He's gone!
