Boyfriend

Sorin punched my ex. Not just once, but twice. Twice! And yet, he didn't tell anything to me!

It doesn't make sense!  Why does he keeps texting me about it if it's already done?

"Tell me the name." Hugo reprimanded again.

My brows furrowed as I turned back my gaze to him.

"Of your boyfriend." He added.

"I don't have a boyfriend." Pagpapaliwanag ko.

"That bouncer, Villaroel."

I was taken a back. Bouncer?? Did he mean, Sorin?

"The stupid boy a while ago is your ex. Right? And he's angry because you now have a new boy?"

Papaano niyang nalaman iyon?

"Tell me his name...So, I know if he's worthy of dropping my consideration to this marriage."

I rolled my eyes.

"Just tell me the name, Villaroel then I'm out." He insisted.

My lips turned into grim line.

"If you're doubting me, you can introduce me to him. Just that, I can decide whether to consider or drop this marriage."

"I told you I can't get hold of him." I whispered while gritting my teeth.

"For sure, you have a place in your mind where you can find him aside from the bar, of course."

I remember it. He is responsible for approving every cargo deals in their shipping lines. Not unless, may mas malaki siyang office sa ibang lugar. After all, malaking kompanya ang El Guerrero Global Logistics, Inc. at Advenna Avis Holdings.

"Don't have any clues? I'll help you to look for him."

"We will look for him?" I asked him with a little hint of sarcasm.

"There is an upcoming campaign of your family in Tagaytay the following days. Right?"

He is right.

"Take me with you and introduce me to him. And in return, your parents have no choice but to let you be with me. They entrusted you with me."

He has a fucking point.

"Hindi ako magsusumbong sa mga magulang mo. We have a deal."

"Why are you so eager to know him?" I arched my brow.
