Keigo lightly brushes one of his feathers  on the shell of his unborn child's egg "look kiddo I know I said mommy would be back like two weeks ago but...I know she'll be back soon you just gotta trust me 'kay?" the room was silent

He sighs and picks up the egg carrying it to the balcony feeling the warm breeze in the air "..ya know your mom didn't fly for the longest time she stayed on the ground even though she had wings she refused to let others know that" he looked a bit ways above the trees and hummed while closing his eyes "heck I didn't know she had wings at first like before I found out I had suppressed memories I thought she just had a normal pyrokinesis quirk like endeavor or touya but then one morning I saw her on the balcony with her wings stretched out"

He slightly opens his eyes with a small smile on his face "and we talked while I helped her preen her wings..but nothing will compare to when I saw her fly for the first time...that..that was when I knew I had fell in love with her" he rubs the side of the egg that was wrapped in a soft blanket before the wind picked up making him shield him and the egg from the now cool breeze "let's get you inside you can't be too cold now"

Keigo walked into the room and set the egg back in its own bed "there now I'm gonna try and go see your-" *Knock* *Knock* "..mom..ugh what do you want!?" The door opened and annari walks in with a stern look making keigo nervous "annari what-" "it's kanni we might be able to wake her but-" keigo rushed to the door and shives her out of the way "KANNI!!" "KEIGO WAIT!" Annari runs ahead of him and stops him "out of my way annari I need to see my dove!" "Keigo listen to me before you so much as even think about seeing her" he huffs before crossing his arms

She sighs and relaxes a bit "keigo I said we "might" have a way to wake her it doesn't mean it will work" he shrugs and cocks an eyebrow "well what's the plan that may or may not work?" She looks up to him and nods "remember before we left the human domain you and kanni had aleta move her energy into you?" He nodded letting small flames dance on his skin

"Well as we said before you would've gotten some if not most of the important traits one of those being part of her strength and healing" keigos eyes widen at her statement "wh-what are you saying?" "We have two options one being to have you attempt to wake her by healing her directly while talking to her or..." She pauses and takes a deep breath

Earning an expectant look from keigo "or we try to wake her by force and keep her awake long enough to do the spell again, ether way it could hurt you both extremely because in both situations we'd have to do the spell again" his face falls as he swallows the lump in his throat
