I slammed the map down and placed at pawn pieces in thier place four guards walked in "you needed us my lady" "yes gather what you need I need two of you to go and scout two different areas-" I beckoned them closer "-the capital and the castle in the human domain come back as soon as you are able and have gathered as much information as you can I'll see to that you have the necessary equipment" they nodded and rushed out

reiner, aleta, august, isuel and my mother walked in with Keigo in the back "kanni your rushing this to much slow down" I lifted a knife with the toe of my shoe threw it up and then kicked it into the head on a stand used in practice flames following it until the mannequin was on fire "she killed my father and nearly ended my life as well as my best friend's and Keigo and so many other people she has had long enough without being touched!! I'm bringing her down"

They were silent as I took my blade from the flaming mannequin, my mother approached me with Keigo following behind her. Water waves around the fire until the flames were gone completely "then let us do it together" "we're gonna make sure she doesn't get back up babybird count on it" my grip on my blade softened hearing thier words

I nodded firmly and held my head up "let's do this" we gathered around the table and spent hours talking about plans back up plans plan A's plan B's what we need to do in case we need to retreat and so on. The rain outside was heavy and nearly unforgiving but we kept going

As the storm raged on our four scouts came back "she's taken residence back in the capital" "the castle of the human domain is heavily guarded but otherwise abandoned" I nod and look at keigo "hey number three think you fly and take a look from above in this rain?" He grinned and opened his wings "they don't call me the number three hero and guardian for nothing babe" in seconds he was high up in the sky he went in the direction of the human domain first and from a far distance

I still hear him clearly "they were right the castle has a lot of guys in and around the place...geez what all happened here" "please don't tell me we lost our guard?" I used Morse code when talking to him since he can't hear me "I don't know kanni of we lost some it was more than half at the least but they put up one hell of a fight I can say that...I'm going to check out the capital next" I sigh and stop from walking to look up watching him fly past

"Be careful my love.." I continued to walk to my tent and grab my sword something falling out in the process "hm?" I pick it up and inspect it automatically knowing what it was "Cassie's bracelet when did this get here?" I hold it close and shake my head "she's not dead...if we're lucky one of her brothers picked her up but if that's the case why is it taking so long for her to return?" I walk out of the tent back into the rain

"Kanni we have a situation" Keigo talks to me and I respond still being able to have feeling in my feather around his neck "not only did she make herself at home she made it her home" "what's that supposed to mean?" I questioned him holding my breath "I'm on top of the window of what was the big meeting room and...it's not a big meeting room anymore if anything it's her glorified throne room and those dudes that sat with ishera, reiner and the king?" He paused making me more anxious

"Kanni thier ice statues now"

I stopped mid motion when opening the meeting tent my blood cold and body shaking Nicole seeing this and him and alexir come to my side "kanni? What's wrong we missed what Keigo said" I looked at them "kanni? Baby bird do you want me to come back?" Alexir shaking his head "get it together sis" alexir held my shoulders and I nodded "do you see kaiya anywhere?" I asked Keigo tapping out my question

He paused before moving around his breathing heavy and hard, his heart rate increasing ever so slightly "Keigo?" I wrote down the events so far waiting for him to say something "so..-" his voice was more quiet "remember we didn't know where the king was?" I looked to the rest of the group only my siblings knowing what was going on as they were listening to, I tapped for him to continue "well...I found him and if I remember correctly..he's supposed to have a head right?" I dropped my pen annari and Nicole covering thier mouths alexir looking defeated
