"What do you mean he's dead?" You ask, still hazy from your sleep. Kuina throws herself on the bed and Chishiya sits in the chair across by the desk.

Chishiya looks over at you as if you were the most stupid person alive.

"Well, it means he isn't alive." You scoff are his response.

"I know that but I mean how did he die and what will happen now." Kuina laughs and you turn your attention to her, as does Chishiya.

"He was shot. Not even in a game. Now the militants will run the beach and it will go from utopia to cheap strip club." You chuckled at her impartiality towards the situation.

'It was someone at the beach, most likely the militants. Without Hatter rationality will be off. If a 10 of Hearts game is coming anytime it's coming now. So just don't get in the way when it does." Chishiya leans back onto the desk.

"So when does our plan start?" You ask. You weren't worried about the beach you'd be leaving soon it was more so about what would come after that. Whether or not you admitted it the beach had become a familiar place.

Kuina hops up, walking over to your closet throwing on a jacket, she didn't even ask anymore but you didn't mind. She was like family.

Chishiya straightens himself sliding his hands in his pockets as he stands up.

"They will most likely announce in a day or two, with Hatter gone it's the perfect time. If I was you l'd get packing."

"Can I keep this?" Kuina points towards one of your many black jackets. You nod at her and a small smile appears on her clearly bored face.

"I'm going to talk to Arisu. I'll find you later." You watch Chishiya walk out the door before you turn back to Kuina.

"What's his problem and why is he so moody?" You ask with a huff.

She shrugs her shoulders as she throws herself into the bed. "Do you want to go swimming?"

"Kuina.. it's like 6 am!" You shout at her pointing towards the window.

She looks towards you confused. "So..?

You sighed standing it. "So ... ugh fuck it. Let me brush my teeth and we will go swimming."

She laughed pulling herself off the bed, straightening out the sheets as she did.

You quickly brushed and flossed before throwing one of your few bikinis on along with your Chishiyas jacket. Well, the jacket that had now become yours.

"Okay let's go." You dramatically groan as you open the door.

Kuina hood to your side. The building was quiet, practically everyone at this time had just gone to sleep, and the party had only just ended the only people around were the militants patrolling but thankfully Niragi wasn't one of them.

Kuina screeched as she jumped into the pool, despite the cold air she insisted the was warm and she was right. As you sunk into the small body of water you were thankful your stomach was no longer hurting.

Kuina swims a lap in the small pool before resurfacing a few feet from you, "I needed this."

You give her a short chuckle as you wave the water around with your hands.

"Hey, Kuina?" You call her name and she nods towards you showing you that you have her attention.

"Are you okay?" You ask concerned. Although Kuina was strong and didn't seem to be bothered about much but the idea of leaving the beach was a little worrisome.

Her movements halted as if she was shocked someone had asked. "I'm okay.." she trails off her voice wavering.

She marches towards you through the water and wraps her arms around you.
