A Call For Concern

It had been a week since Eraser Head had chased him. Had he given up already? No, he doesn't seem like a quitter to Zero.

He wanted to know what happened to the hero who found out his not so secret. He got  up from the ledge where his feet dangled and looked around for the flashing blue and red lights.

The lights lit up the walls of the dark city walls, blinking at equal intervals. Andy calmly made his way over to the lights that got brighter the closer he got.

"HEY!" Zero waved down at the police and a few heroes underneath. The police turned to look at him, their face turning an odd happy, sour face.

"Zero? Really kid. Didn't All Might scare you enough?" One of the officers put her hand on his hips.

"Well, I'm still here so that answers one thing." He sat down on the edge of the roof. "Where did that hero go, he found out what my name means. Did he get hurt?"

"EraserHead?"

"Yeah. Him. He doesn't seem like a quitter." He leaned in and started swinging his legs.

"He dropped your case. Does he know your real name?" The officer got excited

"No, just what my vigilante name means"

"Is it linked to your real name?"

"Pft- no. Im not that stupid."

"So you just wanted to know about EraserHead?" The officer waved her arm in confusion.

"Yeah, i like to know what happens to the people who chase me. I mean, you don't just chase a vigilante for one day." He shrugged his shoulders before walking off into the night.

"Go home kid" the officer got her final word out.

"Already am, dead night." He ran off behind the buildings and into the city. The blue and red lights fading as they drove off from the scene.

Why did the hero drop his case? Was he that upset that he cut his scarf? He's sure he can make another or atleast have others ready.

Zero grabbed a pick from his pocket and started chipping away at the small rocks and pebbles that lodged themselves in his gloves and shoes. Each piece came off making small tic sounds as they hit the metal grates on the fire escape.

As he sat there he thought more. Is the hero trying to make a plan to catch him? Is that why he's been gone for so long?

Movement catches his eye from the corner. Zero quickly recognized the green hair and looked over the edge and hatched a small evil plan. The little voice in his head told him to give the kid a bit of a spook.

Zero carefully climbed down the stairs and crept behind the unsuspecting kid. He attempted not to giggle as he goofily stepped behind him.

"Rah" he whispered behind the kid. The kid promptly screeched and stepped back. Zero bursted out into laughter, unable to control his legs because of the horrified face the kid put on.

"Sorry I couldn't help myself." He finally stopped laughing to check on the kid.

"Hey, aren't you the vigilante that escaped All Might a while ago?" He stood up and got a better look at the tall vigilante.

"Yep, Point Zero is the name. I keep seeing you so often, so I only think it's right to introduce myself properly."

"Oh uhm- I'm Izuki. You keep seeing me? I only saw you twice" Hes has a slightly confused face.

"Well, i keep seeing you outside of costume so I feel its only justified we don't stay strangers" He confessed

"So you keep seeing me outside of costume. Could you be the-" The kid kept muttering to himself on who Zero could be outside of costume. Zero stepped back, slightly freaked out by the kids muttering.

"ZERO!" Izuku and Zero were cut off from their conversation.

"CEMENTOSS!" Zero threw his hands in the air and celebrated. "I HAVEN'T SEEN YOU IN A MONTH"

Izuku freaked out at seeing Cementoss after the person he was just talking to. He thought that maybe Cementoss would go after him.

"Can't you just quit being a vigilante and get a licence?" He ran down the street after Zero.

"Hey, why did you stop for a month? I was concerned because Eraser Head stopped after one day. I thought some weird plan was unfolding" He jumped into the middle of the road so Izuku didn't get hit by any stray pebbles or attacks.

"Oh hey, can I test a new capture weapon I'm trying?" The vigilante fixed his gauntlet at the hero, ready to use it on him.

"No" He put his hand on the concrete road as the street started to warp and twist around the vigilante, attempting to form walls around him. Zero jumped out from the small hole on the top and bounced down the street. Izuku was surprised by the fight happening right in front of him.

"Alright, i respect that" He clinged onto the wall, his feet dangled with no real grip to them.

"Could you please just turn yourself in. This is getting old"

"It's getting old cause your moves are getting old" He moved the concrete into the direction of the vigilante. He quickly moved his feet to the wall and unstuck his gloves. He bounced from one side to the other.

People started walking outside to see what the commotion was, only to see a hero fight. They started filling outside to look at the chaos outside. Each one filled the concrete, giving the hero less to work with.

"Midnight told me she met you out of costume."

"Oh really? Do you two know each other?" He laughed at a close call for Cementoss.

"Yeah, she met you at the laundromat right?" His concrete tried to catch him like a fly and shoe. All happening while they were having a conversation.

"So you know who I am?" His robotic voice quickly got serious.

"She wouldn't give out who you are" He flung one last attack at Zero. Who used it to jump off and run away.

"GOOD!"

Some of the crowd cheered in his escape while others booed at Cementoss' failure to catch the vigilante.
