The spell hits a tree and It instantly dies. I drop to the ground crying. That tree could have been Max. I can't go back, it's too dangerous. I can't even control my own fucking body. I stand up with shaky knees. I stumble through the woods for what feels like hours. I finally stumble upon an old abandoned cabin in the woods. That's lucky. I walk in and the floor creaks. It doesn't look like anyone has been here in decades. There's multiple inches of dust on every surface. I walk into what seems to be a living room and kitchen. I walk to the back of the house and find a Bedroom and a bathroom. I flip the switch, nothing. Kinda figured. I turn on the faucet and water comes out. I turn it off quickly in shock. Double luck. Must be a rainwater catcher outside. "Guess this will do," I mumble. I sit on the ground in the living room and perform a cloaking spell. Now Lexi can't find me. They'll have to find me manually. I find a stash of candles in the closet and set one or two up in each room. I plop on the bed and dust flies into the air. Addie is right, I am unstable. I'm a danger to everyone around me. I'm sorry guys...
"It's for your own good"
I sigh before I lay down and fall asleep.
