HYUNJIN got them a table, sat at the back of the restaurant next to a large fish tank, that has some colourful fish swimming happily inside of it. Micha sat in front of Hyunjin on the other side of the table, the were waiting for their food now and it was an awkward tension between them.

Micha didn't know how to ease it, since she was partly the reason it got like this. She was so used to talking about it to Jaemin that she almost forgot not everyone was willing to hear about it.

"I'm sorry." Hyunjin said, "Sorry for bringing it up and... sorry that you... you know have a.. bad dad." The last two words fell into practically silence, but Micha didn't have to hear it clearly to know what he meant. She just nodded her head and put her hands together.

"They don't care about me. they only seemed to care when I ran away but then I realised they cared about their reputation."

Hyunjin's eyes widened, then his eyebrows furrowed in shock. "what?" he sputtered out.

Micha shrugged her shoulders. Before the conversation could go any further, the food arrived. They thanked the waiter in the little Portuguese they had learned and started eating.

Hyunjin changed the topic and brought up the list of things he wanted to do before leaving Rio De Janerio. The atmosphere was comfortable now, with no heavy awkward tension sitting on top of them. Hyunjin easily switched between conversations, and for the rest of the evening he never once brought the topic of parents back up.

It was almost 9PM, and the two had gone back to the hotel and were now in their own hotel rooms. Micha found herself messaging her friends who all had a free study session and were texting.
