The town was crowded like usual, nothing special. I walked down the streets, clenching the bag and wallet, heading in the direction of the markets.

As I wandered down the streets, I took this chance to window shop. Nothing caught my attention. The jewelry had the same designs and made out of the same jewels. The gowns in the

Suddenly, my feet stopped moving as I paused in front of a bakery. Displayed in the window was the most beautiful and delicious-looking cake I have ever seen.

It was a vanilla flavored cake(my favourite!) with blue icing on top. The decorations on the cake was beautiful, with pieces of white chocolate. The cake was so perfect, so amazing that it couldn't be described in words.

I couldn't help but swallow my saliva, wishing that I could eat that cake right here on the spot. But there was no way I could do. All the cash I had was for the cucumbers that Jessica needed.

I sighed. What a shame. I'll just have to hope when I have my own money, the cake is still here, but it is so unlikely; almost impossible. The cake is so good looking, it would catch every noble's eye.

I sighed again.

"Hello, Ariel," a familiar voice suddenly said beside me. It was Lucas!

"...!" My eyes widened as I turned to face him. It was indeed him. His turquoise hair was slightly messed up and there was a coffee stain on his white shirt.

How did he find me?!

I'm doomed!

Sweat beads formed on my head and I clenched my dress.

My heart started beating incredibly fast as my palm began to sweat. My first reaction and thought was to run. He was with Harry and his knights!

So I spun around and took off running.

I prayed that he wouldn't come after me. But... why did he call me Ariel? Didn't he think that I was Julia The Empress?

I didn't stop until I reached an alley. The alley was slightly dark and deserted, which gave me goosebumps. There were trash cans beside a cold brick wall.

I leaned on the brick wall to catch my breath. I guess I lost Lucas. Good for me. But would Lucas report to Cedric that he saw me?  But just as I was about to leave the alley and head for the market again, Lucas suddenly appeared. I flinched and my eyes filled with terror.  "....!"

I thought I lost him! How....?

I gritted my teeth.

My eyes suddenly noticed he was carrying something in his arms. He wasn't carrying anything before. Was it a weapon? No, it was too big and wide for a weapon. It was the size of a square.

I squinted. Wait a minute, it's a box! It's a blue box with gold wrapping...

Huh?

"What's inside the box?" I shouted, pointing. Perhaps there is a weapon inside. Or a smoke bomb? I took a step back, alarm bells going off in my head.

"Arie-"

I didn't wait for Lucas to finish speaking, I just turned on my heels and ran the other way. But I soon realized that there was a wall in front of me, blocking my way. It was a dead end!

I cursed under my breath and sucked in a sharp breath.

"W-what do you want?" I asked, my voice trembling as I turned towards him. Deep breaths, Amanda.

Lucas showed a pitiful expression. Huh? He walked towards me. One step and another.

"Stay back!" I shouted, my voice cracking. I looked around furiously. Maybe Jessica was nearby. Maybe she could save me like before.
