I wake up to my phone beeping making me groan as I roll over onto my stomach "mama" Dove calls out "be right there sweetie" I say before slowly sitting myself up and grabbing my phone as I get out of bed.
I glance at my phone seeing I have several missed calls from my uncle making me frown as I never heard my phone go off, maybe I was just so tired and knocked out last night that I didn't hear my phone go off.
I reach Dove who is sat up in her crib playing with the teddy she likes to sleep with. I smile at her as she babbles at me "good morning baby girl" I coo as I place my phone between my ear and shoulder as I reach down to pick her up.
I balance Dove on my hip as my phone rings before it clicks as the person on the other end answers "hey, sorry I missed your calls what's up?" I ask "I have news" Damon says making me sigh "okay, spill what's up?" I ask "well first off I managed to see your father when Klaus wasn't around, I tried to get him to leave with me but he refused as he has a plan" he says making me frown.
"What plan?" I ask "a plan to take care of Klaus or at least hopefully make him disappear from our lives" he says making me groan "please tell me he's not going to do anything stupid?" I say while as I set Dove down on my bed before running a hand through my hair.
"I wish I could but I can't, you know he's got his humanity off which means he's not quite in the right state of mind" he replies "maybe so but I can't have him doing stuff that could cause more problems. I want him to drop whatever his plan is and just leave it, I don't want things to be made worse" I say making him sigh "I don't know if he will listen. He wants me to just come home and make sure you and Dove are safe" he says making me sigh.
"I appreciate that uncle but I can protect myself and Dove and I can't just allow my dad to start stirring things, he's playing with fire here and if he's not careful there will be consequences. I mean does he really want to risk angering Klaus?" I question "I'll try to talk some more sense into him, make sure he doesn't do anything stupid" he replies making me sigh in relief "thank you uncle" I respond "anything for you kid" he replies making me roll my eyes.
"Stop calling me that, I'm not a kid" I respond making him chuckle "speaking of kids how's the little nugget?" he asks making me scowl slightly at his nickname for Dove "she's fine, she's just clapping and babbling away" I say glancing at Dove who is sat on my bed clapping her hands, babbling and grinning away.
"I see well I'm gonna let you go, I'm sure you've got much to do which includes your homework young lady" he says making me roll my eyes "ha I've already done my homework" I respond "good, keeping up with your education" he replies "yeah, just about. I can't wait to graduate" I respond I graduate in a few short months and as much as I have enjoyed going to school and sort of having that bit of normality in my life, I'm glad it's coming to an end because it really is a struggle while having a child and being apart of the supernatural.
"You've been doing well, I hope you know that" Damon says making me smile "thanks" I respond before hanging up the phone "right little missy let's get dressed shall we?" I coo as I pick up Dove and gently swing her around making her burst out into a fit of giggles making me laugh as I head to the bathroom for us to do our morning hygiene routine before we get dressed.

30 minutes later...
We're now both dressed and ready for the day, I decided to wear a black floral dress which stops above my knees, a black leather jacket over the dress, a black beanie hat, black thigh high socks and black boots.
