The next day....

Kol's pov

I slowly open my eyes to sun light peaking in the room through a gap in the curtains, I feel someone next to me so I turn my head and smile upon seeing Davina sleeping next to me.

I wrap my left arm around her and pull her closer and my body suddenly becomes aware of the fact she's naked as her breasts press against me and her bare legs come in contact with mine. I curse feeling myself instantly harden, I mean you can't really blame me for that, I have a beautiful naked girl in bed with me with her body pressed against mine which of course is all down to me since I pulled her closer but I like having my girl close.

I admire her as she sleeps soundly, no trace of worry or stress on her face she's completely relaxed which I like to see. I tuck a loose strand of her hair behind her ear before planting a kiss on her forehead and she begins to stir, rubbing her head against my chest and arching her back pushing her breasts further against me while hooking her leg up over mine.

I lift up the covers a little to take a peak under and I bite my lip as I eye up her body, damn she's sexy. I can't believe we actually had sex last night, I didn't really expect for us to have sex any time soon because I thought she wouldn't be ready for that step for a while considering her past encounters so I was rather surprised when she wanted to go further when things got heated on the beach last night.

I tried to be as gentle as possible as I didn't want to hurt her, I wanted the entire experience to be pleasurable for her and it was, she enjoyed it.

I turn away to grab my phone to check the time and see it's 6 in the morning, I'll need to wake Davina soon as we'll need to leave shortly as I know she'll be wanting to get home to Dove.

Half an hour later...

A knock sounds at the door so I quietly make my way over and answer it, seeing a waiter stood outside with a trolley "breakfast" he says "yes" I say and he pushes the trolley into the room and I hand him a tip before he leaves.

I lift the cover off the tray revealing the food plus tea and orange juice. I pick up the tray and walk over to the bed, setting the tray on the bedside table as I sit on the edge of the bed "wake up darling" I say as I gently shake Davina awake and she lets out a groan as she turns her head before stretching her arms out above her head and arching her back making the covers droop down revealing her bare chest making me gulp and divert my eyes away so I don't get hard.

She opens her eyes and flashes me a tired smile as she sits up "hi" she says "good morning, I ordered breakfast" I say as I grab the tray "smells lovely" she says as she pulls the covers up to her chest hiding her breasts. I set the tray on her lap "thank you" she says "anything for my girl" I say making her blush as I lean down to give her a quick kiss.

"Enjoy love. I'm gonna go get the car ready to leave" I say as I pull back "okay" she replies with a smile before taking a sip of the orange juice. I throw on my clothes and grab my keys before leaving the room with our stuff and heading down to my car.

Davina's pov

"Mama!" Dove says as Caroline puts her on the phone "hi baby" I respond "miss you mama" she says making me smile "I miss you too baby girl" I respond holding my phone between my ear and shoulder as I wonder about in the suite getting myself ready. 

"I'm gonna be home soon baby" I say "okay mama" she replies "keep being good for Caroline okay?" I say "yes mama" she replies "okay hand the phone back to Caroline for me" I say "okay" she replies "hello? Davina?" Caroline says as the phone is handed back to her "hey Care, I'm gonna be on my way home shortly" I say "okay, you better tell me all the details about your date" she says making me smile as I look down, biting my lip.

"I'll see you soon Care" I say "okay, have a safe journey home" she replies before I hang up just as Kol walks in "hey you all ready to go?" he asks "yes, is everything in the car?" I ask I didn't bring much "yes, so we should get going" he replies glancing at his watch before looking back at me.

"Okay let's go, I need to get back to my baby" I say and he nods "of course" he replies grabbing the key card as we leave the suite and head down. We reach the reception area and Kol hands in the key card "did you have a nice stay?" the receptionist asks causing me and Kol to exchange looks and I bite my lip as he smirks "we did mate, thanks" Kol replies before grabbing my hand as we leave and head out to his car.

"Thank you" I say as we get in the car and he looks at me confused "for what?" he asks "for last night, I enjoyed it" I say biting my lip and he smiles "I'm glad, I enjoyed it too" he replies grabbing my hand and giving it a light squeeze before he removes it and turns the engine on and starts reversing out of the parking space.

After a few hours,  we arrive back in Mystic Falls and Kol takes me straight to Caroline's where she kept Dove for the night. "I'll wait out here" Kol says as he pulls up outside Caroline's "okay" I say before getting out the car and making my way up to the door.

I knock before opening the door "hello? Caroline?" I call out "Mama!" Dove squeals running out from the living room with her hair up in the cutest little pig tails and she's dressed in a light pink top and denim jeans "hi baby girl" I coo as I drop to my knees and extend my arms out as she toddles over to me.

She squeals as she reaches me, throwing her little arms around my neck making me giggle "ohh I missed you" I say as I wrap my arms around her as I stand up and rock her in my arms. She buries her head in the crook of my neck "were you a good girl for Caroline?" I ask "yes mama" she replies as Caroline walks up "she was great" she says "aw good" I respond "so are you staying?" she asks making me shake my head "no, I've got to get back to mine. My ride is outside" I respond and her eyes widen before a smirk appears on her face.

"Does this ride of yours happen to be your mysterious boyfriend?" she asks "maybe" I respond before heading for the door after she hands me Dove's bag. Caroline follows me out the door "he looks cute" she says as she looks at him in the car "he's way cuter up close" I respond making her smile "you'll have to introduce me one of these days" she says "we'll see" I respond before walking away and making my way over to the car.

I open the door and get in "so I'm way cuter up close am I?" Kol asks with a smirk tugging at the corner of my hair "oh shut up" I retort playfully making him chuckle. "Hi sweetheart" he coos looking at Dove "Kol!" she squeals with a wide grin on her face making me giggle and he smiles as he pulls away from the pavement and drives away from Caroline's house.
