While standing in between the two buildings Dallas decided it was a perfect time for a smoke break. Nina actually pulled out her own pack to join him feeling some of her anxiety leave as she did. She really couldn't help but fear Dally getting her into legal trouble, if that were to happen her dad would surely kill her for ruining his image. But at the same time she found it thrilling, it was a rush to know they could get caught.
"So what exactly is the plan?" Nina asks after finishing her cigarette as Dally begins to lead her somewhere. "Well first I need some more smokes, which we are gonna grab right now." He says with a little smirk opening the store door and beginning a little trot around the store. The cashier was a boy their age and he was too busy reading a magazine to really look at them. As they walked through aisles Dally stuffed things in his pockets and pants as he went. Nina following him and only grabbing small candy and two bottles of coke. It wasn't easy with her smaller pockets but she managed.
Dally then pulled her aside and pushed her up against the freezer walls as she looked up at him with wide eyes and red face at the sudden action. "I need ya to distract lil high pants over there while I get them." He says pointing at the packs of cigarettes behind the young boy. Nina was now nervous not because he was still pressing her body up against the wall but to have to talk to the boy they were stealing from. "What am I supposed to say? Nice glasses?" She says sarcastically as Dally does a low chuckle as he looked at the glasses before looking down at her. "I don't know you'll think of somethin your smart Two-Bit says." He says while lightly pushing her in the boys direction. Nina sighs and tries to think of literally anything to say, then she thought of the one movie she ever saw.
She walks over pulling the front of her shirt down more making her chest more visible before plastering one of her famous smiles for her fathers parties. "Hey I really like your glasses." She says sweetly as she leans on the counter pushing her chest out a bit as the guy finally looks up at her annoyed thinking she was teasing him at first. He's surprised by a big smile and for her to be alone and not with a group of other girls. His eyes of course flashed over her chest too which made his face turn red as he looked back at his book before mumbling a thank you. Nina could have sworn when she said the compliment that she could hear Dally stifling a laugh at the fact she used the exact compliment she joked about earlier.
"What are you reading? I'm not much for comics but- I do love a good read. I love Shakespeare the dark twists of love ya know." Nina says leaning over to look at his comic making their faces come closer and for him to turn an even brighter red. Her head also blocked his vision of the right of the counter more for Dally to steal the packs.
"It's a Spider-Man comic actually. He uh- got bit by a uh spider and uh- has powers now.... Like a spider." The boy stutters pointing at the masked man swinging from webs. "Hmm maybe I'll have to give it a read. Well it was nice meeting you but I have to get going home now." Nina says after she felt a presence grab the packs beside her and the door to ring a moment later.
