Like every other circus eventually becomes, The Tomlinson Circus went belly up. I cannot say I was surprised or upset. Because I wasn't. I am not sure if anyone was really upset about the circus's or Richard's death. Louis and I could not be happier about the circus being gone, it consumed and controlled so much of our life and we finally do not have to worry about it.
We did not feel sad about completely emptying Louis's car or Richard's extra cash. Of course we did not take the circus's money. Since Louis was technically in charge, he split the rest of the money between everyone to be fair. But we did find about five hundred dollars hidden all over Richard's car, and since Louis is Richard's son, it's perfectly legal. After gathering all our things, Zayn, Liam, Niall, Louis, and I started to walk away from the circus grounds. "Harry, wait." Louis gently grabbed my arm to stop me. I looked back to where he was looking and saw the one thing I promised myself not to forget - Rosie. She actually was not back at the tent where I expected her to be, she was right behind us and following. "Harry," Louis looked back at me with pleading eyes, "we can't leave her." He said. I promised Louis we would keep Rosie no matter what happened but, having a huge elephant will come with huge complications.
But, I just smiled at Louis and laughed, "Where the hell are we gonna put her?" Louis smiled back at me.
"We'll have room." He assured, grabbing the rope around Rosie's neck and pulling her along. The rest of the boys started laughing quietly as Louis continued to gab on and on about everything. "Remember we said we would have a big house for our babies and a huge backyard to put Rosie in?"
I chuckled. "But if we have Rosie, we're not getting a dog." I warned him playfully.
"That's fine, Haz, it's perfectly wonderful!" Louis reached up to my neck to pull me down and kissed me, pulling away with a loud, obnoxious smack.
"Ew! Get a room, you two." Niall scorned playfully and laughed.
"Guys," Zayn spoke up, "look, there's no one around." He said. We all looked around at the vast, grassy land full of trees and fields. "We're not surrounded by people. 'S weird." It was strange not to be surrounded by people - circus people, judgmental people, feared people. The hot sun poured down over the grass and dirt creating shiny mirages. Sweat rolled down the side of my forehead and also down my back. I thought at some points I could smell the stench radiating off of us from the sweat. All that could be heard were the bugs buzzing and the birds chirping. We were alone.
"Whoa." I sighed, actually taking it in. It felt like we were finally free, like we could so whatever we wanted.
In a matter of seconds I heard a hfmm type of sound from Liam, caused by Zayn slamming their lips together. "There's no one around! I can kiss you in the open!" Zayn yelled as he pulled away, but quickly dove back in and deepened the kiss. Before I could comprehend what was happening, Louis yanked me down by my shirt and began kissing me deeply as well. I kissed back feverishly as the adrenaline rush of being carefree seeped throughout my body. He gripped my hair to make me moan out loud. He did that on purpose! He knows that's my weakness!
"AH, THANKS, LADS! JUST LEAVE ME AND QUEENY AND ROSIE HERE TO FEND FOR OURSELVES, OK THEN! WE'LL JUST LEAVE AND LEAVE YOU ALL TO KEEP ON NECKIN'!" Niall yelled at us as he, Queeny, and Rosie were walking away. I laughed as I saw, out of the corner of my eye, Louis lift his hand and use a very vulgar hand gesture.

As much as we all enjoyed making Niall uncomfortable, we had to stop and catch up with him at some point. We certainly did get some strange looks from the town citizens as we walked through the streets. I knew we would, we all carried suitcases and had a huge elephant following us. Nothing out of the ordinary, I'm sure.
