Tears were welling up in my eyes as I walked away from the car, leaving Louis and Matthew. I was upset about what he had done, but more upset about how I handled it. I have never shoved Louis away from me like I did, I never meant to push him that hard. I felt terrible because I didn't stay and talk to him about it, I didn't listen as he tried to apologize. I wanted to turn around and run back to him, but I knew if I did, I wouldn't get any work done and it would only make Richard more angry. So, I continued to the animal tent. I was checking all the cages, making sure none were sick and if they had the proper food. I love being with the animals, it felt like we held a connection; it was peacefu - "BOO!"

"AAAAHHHH!" I thought my heart busted out of my chest, but I felt my chest and it was still there. In the process of someone poking my sides and yelling at me, I fell down and saw that it was Liam. "Shit, you nearly gave me a heart attack!" I scolded him and he laughed.

"I'm sorry, mate, I just couldn't help it! I had to." He laughed, I was a little angry with him.

"Maybe you'll be able to help it when I fall over and die from a heart attack because you scared me." I growled. Liam cowered back a little bit.

"Whoa, what's the matter, mate?" He asked, "I won't do it again, I'm sorry, I-I didn't know it would make you that angry." Liam apologized and it automatically made me think of Louis.

"It's not you, Li." I apologized to him, "I overreacted, I'm sorry."

"Is everything alright, mate?" He asked e, putting his hand on my shoulder.

"It's just been a rough day." I breathed out.

"You wanna talk about it?" He asked me. Liam was a very special person to me, besides Louis, he was the only person I confided in. And I was very thankful for him because he was always there to listen to me or comfort me. I nodded and he sat down in the grass then patted the space across from him. "I'm all ears."

I sat down, "Louis and I had a..." I didn't know what to call it really.

"A fight?" He finished.

"Well, I don't know if you could call it a fight. He was mad but not mad at me and one thing led to another and I got upset so, I left." I tried explaining the situation.

"What happened?" He asked. I didn't really want to go into detail so I just pulled down my scarf and showed him. His eyebrows raised, "Oh, so, I'm guessing you don't have a pain fetish?" He laughed.

"No! Why would anyone have a pain fetish?" I honestly didn't know, I didn't like pain. Liam just blushed and stared down at his hands. "You have a pain fetish?!" I laughed, perhaps too loudly because Liam shot his hands to my mouth.

"Would ya shut up! I don't want the entire world knowing that!" He said in a yelled whisper then removed his hands.

"I'm sorry, mate." I apologized, "W-what, like, what kind of pain?" I asked timidly. I wasn't sure if I wanted to know or if he wanted to tell me, but I was strangely curious.

"Well," he paused then pulled down the color of his shirt to reveal a few dark marks across his chest. They were all a deep red and I think I could see teeth scrapes, "there's that."

"Damn, Zayn must have razor sharp teeth." I said, making Liam laugh, "So, what else? Or is that it?"

"I-I dunno." he shrugged his shoulders, looking at his hands and playing with the grass. "I guess, I-I like it rough?" His voice got a little higher and he said it as sort of a question.

"You guess?" I teased, grinning at his blushed cheeks. "Don't you know?" I teased some more, trying to fluster him.

"Ok, I like rough sex." He mumbled under his breath, eyes peering up at me and the wildest blushed across his cheeks.
