"Harry?....Louis?"

Both of us were scared beyond belief, someone had caught us. Some figure in the night I couldn't quite make out. His voice was definitely familiar, low and rugged sounding. Louis shoved me away when the figure bumped into us and honestly it hurt. Not physically, it hurt my heart, I know we can't let anyone see and no one can know but that shove made me think. Deep down was Louis truly ashamed of me? Of us? What if one day we could show affection in the daylight with everyone watching and he didn't even want to hold my hand? I wanted to believe that if we were ever found out that we would stick together through it. I felt like I would die for Louis if I had to and I wouldn't have a second thought about it, as long as my angel was safe. But what if he really didn't feel the same? I couldn't lose Louis, I feel like I've been searching my whole life for him. What are these feelings? They have been confusing me for weeks. Every day I learned something new about Louis and it only added onto my affection for him. I had never felt this way before.

"Zayn?" Louis said in a hushed voice. The figure stepped forward a few steps and I knew that jet black hair and scuffle belonged to Zayn.

"Zayn, please..." Zayn and I had gotten along alright. We didn't really converse a lot because we were always busy. But somewhere inside me hoped and prayed he wouldn't say anything.

"Harry, Louis...." He took a deep breath, "Look, it's late. We'll talk about this tomorrow." I wondered why he was out in the first place. He wouldn't be feeding the animals, it was far too late for that. He could have been repairing something, maybe.

"Zayn? Where did you go?" Liam's voice rang through the night, not too loud, but enough for us to hear. What were Zayn and Liam possibly doing out this late?

"Li, I'm over here." Liam approached with a lantern lit in his hand.

"You scared me, I didn't know where you had gone." Liam scolded Zayn much like a mother would scold her son, which I found a bit strange. While they weren't looking I felt Louis's hand slip into mine and push them behind my back as he moved closer to my side. I felt relief wash over me, maybe he wasn't totally ashamed.

"I'm sorry, Li." Liam looked over at us and I caught a small glimpse of worry in his dimly lit eyes. That's how I read people, I looked in their eyes. You can really find all you're looking for in someone's eyes.

"It's late. What are you two doing out?" Liam asked.

"W-We were putting Rosie in her car." Louis spoke up. "Better question, what are you two doing out?"

They both took a deep breath. They were up to something, I could tell they were hiding something. "The door to the supply car wouldn't shut and it needed some oil." Zayn said rather quickly.

"Where's your oil can?" Louis sassed, looking down at both their hands. I found it a little strange Louis was being so forward. But then I remembered something one of the roustabouts told me not long after I had jumped this train. He had told me not to even talk to Louis because he was the boss's son and it would only get me into trouble. Most of Richard's employees feared Louis, but they didn't know how kind he really was.

They both seemed at a loss for words. I really wanted to know what they were up to, but I knew they wouldn't just come out and tell us right then. "Look, it's late. Let's talk about this tomorrow and we'll explain everything." Zayn said. Liam turned to him and glared, giving him an 'Are you crazy?!' look.

"Fine, but we will talk tomorrow. Don't think I'll forget." Louis said before we walked off, headed for Louis's car.

"Wonder what they were doing." I said, I was still baffled by the situation. Zayn didn't scream and holler when he saw us and they both looked scared beyond belief.
