Demi's POV
It was going on 12pm and we were getting ready to head out the door to meet Hazel and her mom for lunch. Ironically enough, they picked Olive Garden which Gracie will not let me live down. I finished putting my mascara on, leaning over the counter looking in the mirror. I saw Grace walk up behind me, and felt her slide her arms around my waist.
"You look beautiful, baby." She said, hugging me from the back. I let myself relax into her embrace, feeling so safe.
"I love you." I whispered, and turned around in her arms. I placed my lips on her, bringing my hands to her cheeks, caressing them as I kissed her. "You look beautiful as well, I never knew how much I'd love a girl who only ever wore crewnecks with a turtle neck underneath." I laughed. She took a step back and hit my arm.
"Hey!" She yelled out. "Don't make fun of me." She laughed as well. I grabbed her by her hips and pulled her back into me.
"I'm not making fun of you at all, weirdo. I can't tell you how much I love every outfit you wear. You're the prettiest girl in the world."
She wrapped her arms around my neck, leaning in for more kisses.
"I love you." She whispered as her forehead leaned against mine.
"I love you." I said back to her. "Thank you for coming with me today. It means the world to me."
"I'll always go anywhere with you, Dems. Plus, you know I'll never say no to Olive Garden." She winked at me as we walked downstairs.

We made our way inside and sat down, being greeted by sweet Hazel, her mom, and another girl.
"Demi!" Hazel yelled out excited, and opened her arms for a hug. I leaned down and hugged her back, and kissing her forehead.
"Hi, guys!" Her mom, who's name is Emma, said to us. She stood up, hugging both me and Grace. "Hi. I'm Emma." She introduced herself to Grace. "And this is my girlfriend, Nelly."
I almost laughed at the irony of her having a girlfriend as well.
"Hi, Nelly! It's so nice to meet you. This is my girlfriend, Gracie."
We all let out a slight laugh, a mutual understanding between all of us.
We all sat and conversated, all of us getting along very well. To my surprise, Hazel was all over Grace, almost as if I didn't even matter anymore. I can't complain, my heart grew 20 sizes watching them interact. Hazel was sitting on Grace's lap, and Grace was helping her eat. I took this time to talk more to Emma.
"So, I have a proposition, but it's completely your call." I spoke to her. She just nodded her head, allowing me to continue. "If you could get Hazel on board with this new treatment, and you were comfortable with it, I will pay for everything up front. And I will continue to pay for anything you guys would need."
"Demi -" Emma tried to speak. I saw Nelly reach over and grab her hand.
"No, please. Let me finish. I reached out to my team of doctors, who helped me during my almost fatal overdose. They agreed to be on board and help with the newest treatment, and I swear to god to you guys, you wouldn't have to worry about anything. The treatment would take place in LA, and I can set up housing and all."
I could see tears forming in Emma's eyes, but she couldn't talk.
"We will most definitely think about it and talk to Hazel, Demi. Thank you so much for even considering doing that." Nelly spoke her for, and before I knew it Emma was standing up making her way to me. I stood up as well, and we wrapped our arms around each other.
