You and Ashido returned to the cafeteria. Ashido, who had already got her food, sat at her table with Kirishima and Tsu. You had gone to go get some lunch. You were looking at the menu and saw that they had some lamb chops, so you ordered that. While you were in the line, some blue kid came up to you.

"Hey... This may seem stupid but... What is a hot dog?" Blue kid asked.

"You don't want to know," you responded and grabbed some food, a hotdog in fact. Ashido then motioned for you to come sit with her and Kirishima.

Some others joined you and after awhile, Ashido got up and walked over to Yao-Momo and they, along with all the other 1-A girls, left. You had no idea why and you tried to text but didn't get a response. Once you were done, you went back to the arena. After a while, Present Mic began to speak.

"Get those foam fingers in the air everyone! It's almost time for the last round! But before that: Good news for those who didn't make the finals. Since this is a sports festival, we've prepared some super-fun side games everyone can participate in! We even brought in cheerleaders from America to get your blood pumping!" Mic says over the P.A. system.

Look glance over at the American cheerleaders. "Ah, a great reminder of home. I haven't been there for about a decade," you said.

"Hold up," Mic said confused.

"What are they doing?" Aizawa asks lazily.

You were also confused, so you looked for an answer, luckily for you, Mic cleared up your confusion.

"Looks like Class 1-A is goin' full-on fanservice!" He yelled.

"Wut?" You ask to no one in particular. You then eventually find the girls of 1-A. Your face then turned red and you looked away. They began to talk amongst themselves with Hagakure starting to cheer. You were confused still but then Present Mic. spoke again.

"Have fun competing in these little side games, everyone!" Mic said. The T.V.s then turned on and showed a tournament bracket and Mic began to talk again. "After they're over, the 16 students from the top four teams will be duking it out one-on-one in a tournament-style fighting competition!"

After a few minutes, the top 16 stood in front of Midnight. She held a box in her hands that the students were going to draw out of to pick who we are fighting. You noticed that Isshiki wasn't here, meaning that he lost even with his "oh so great" quirk.

Midnight then began to speak. "Come closer and draw lots to see who you are up against. Then enjoy the pleasure of the recreation games before we start. The 16 finalists have the option of participating in those activities or sitting out to prepare for battle. I'm sure you all want to conserve your stamina. I'll start with the first place team," she said. She then started to walk over to you and Todoroki but was interrupted by Ojiro.

"Um. Excuse me. Sorry. But I'm withdrawing," he said with his hand raised. This actually shocked you.

"Ojiro. No way," Deku said.

"But this is a rare chance for you to get scouted," Iida pointed out.

"It just wouldn't be right. I barely remember anything from the cavalry battle until the very end of it," he said, confusing you more. "I... think it's that guy's quirk."

Your eyes glanced over to a purple-haired kid, and then back to Ojiro. "I know this is a great opportunity. I wish I could take advantage of it but my conscience won't let me."

"Just think about this," Deku advised.

"I have, okay? Everyone gave it they're all in round two, but I was just somebody's puppet. No way. I don't wanna advance if I don't even know how I got here. It wouldn't be fair," Ojiro said.

"You're making way too much of this! Just kill it in the finals and prove you should be here," Hagakure said.

"Yeah what she said. I didn't do much in the battle, either," Ashido said.

"That's not it. I'm talking about my pride here. I refuse to give that up," he said. You understood his reasoning now. Deku and Iida gasped at what he said.

"Also, why are all the girls dressed up as cheerleaders?" Ojiro asked, losing that confident tone that he had. The girls didn't like that he pointed this out, apparently.

"Nirengeki Shoda from Class 1-B. I think I should withdraw for the exact same reason. Regardless of how strong I am, this isn't how I wanted to get here. It would go against the values of the festival to advance without earning my spot," Nirengeki Shoda from Class 1-B said. Kirishima applauded their manliness.

"Well this is another weird turn of events," Mic said.

"Well have to see what Midnight says about all this-- she's the one in charge," Aizawa said.

Midnight then spoke with a condescending tone. "This sort of talk is incredibly naive, my boys. That turns me on! Shoda! Ojiro! You are withdrawn!"

"Excuse me, what did she say?" You ask. The other students asked the same thing.

"Now let's see... We'll have to move up two students from the fifth place cavalry team so we have enough contestants," Midnight decided.

"We were frozen in ice most of the time. Honestly, we barely did anything in the cavalry battle," an orange-haired girl said, she then turned to her teammates. "Isn't that right?"

The others agreed. "You should choose a team that kept fighting the whole time. Team Tetsutetsu," she said.

"Kendo!" The Kirishima ripoff said in shock.

"I'm not doing this as a favor. It's just fair," the girl, now known as Kendo, said.

"Seriously you guys, thank you!" Tetsutetsu yelled. After Team Tetsutetsu had decided who would move on, which was Tetsutetsu and Isshiki, Midnight made it official.

"And so, Tetsutetsu and Isshiki have advanced to the final! Take a look at the bracket, my dears. These are your opponents!" Midnight said. Looking at the T.V. you found out that you are fighting Isshiki. You looked over at him. You overheard that his quirk was called Karma. He looked over to you and walked over.

"So you're my opponent. Be prepared to lose rich boy. Your power is nothing compared to my Karma," Isshiki said.

"Ok dude, first of all, I ain't losing to you. Second of all, what is your deal with the fact that I was adopted into a rich family? And third of all, if your quirk is so good, then why did your team not make the top four?" You stated.

This angered him. "I'll have you know that my Karma-!" He cut himself off, realizing what you were trying to do. "Oh, I see what you're doing. You're trying to make me angry so I could tell you how my quirk works. I'm not gonna fall for it."

After saying that, he walked away. You shrugged your shoulders and went to do your own thing. Mic then began to speak.

"Ok! Let's press pause for a momentary interlude. Before the battles begin, it's time for some pulse-pounding side games!"

You didn't really participate in the side games. The only one you did participate in was the treasure hunt, and you were only helping Kyoka find what she needed. After that, you went off to think of literally every possible outcome of your first match and your potential matches. After a while, it was time for the first match of the tournament and you had gone up to the stands to watch the fight.

Hello everyone, thanks for reading. So when I initially thought up Isshiki, I had no intention of making any similarities between this Isshiki and Boruto's Isshiki. The Karma quirk was something I had thought of prior to watching Boruto.

Peace.
