What's the Big Idea?

You've been running around saving people and sending them to the first aid station. You've been able to help around 35 people. It's helpful when you don't have to run back and forth constantly. However, after a little while, a few explosions went off and you saw people running out of the walls. They were all dressed in a uniform. Mera then got on the announcements and said that terrorists had begun to attack again. You go to help another citizen when you see a flare from the first aid station.

"That's not good," you think to yourself. You then begin to examine the citizen's injuries, thankfully it's just a small cut, you apply some isopropyl alcohol as a disinfectant and put on a bandage. Suddenly, a bunch of terrorists attacked. You create a clone and it picks up the citizen and begins to run away. You turn your attention to the terrorists, there are ten of them. They aren't too strong, judging by the fact that they all appear fairly skinny and have a weapon on them. One tries to shoot you but you dodge. You look at the ammunition and notice its cement. You got in front of the guy who shot at you's face.

"Bold move," you say and chop at his neck, knocking him out. The rest then tried to shoot at you. You teleport behind one and push him into another, using Earth Manipulation to trap them both. You teleport over to another one and pierce his weapon with your Wrist Swords. This causes a malfunction, which makes the weapon spew cement all over its user. You then teleport to another one and punch him very hard in the gut. Only half of them remain. One tries to run away but you create a chain and drag him back to you. You use a psychic quirk to knock him out. You use the same psychic quirk to make the seventh one shoot someone else and encase them in cement, and then have himself encase him in cement, taking down another two. Three left. You completely freeze one in place and bury another one into the ground, save for his head. The last guy also tried to run away, and to him, it appears as if you were. But no matter where he ran, he always came back to this spot. In reality, he was just standing there and imagining the whole thing. With that out of the way, you quickly make your way to the first aid station, making clones for any citizen you come across.

You finally get to the station and see that Gang Orca, probably your favorite Japanese hero, dropping Todoroki to the ground, then begin to walk over to the wind guy. Neither of them is moving, and knowing Gang Orca's quirk you know that they are paralyzed by the soundwaves. You then hear Gang Orca speak.

"I'll take down the wind user and continue with the attack," he says. You then notice one of your clones jump at him.

"Like hell, you will!" he said. Gang Orca immediately attack with soundwaves, making the clone disappear. That's when you charge in from behind using Overdrive 10%, ripping part of your shirt, and hit Orca with a Platinum Blow. He goes forward a bit but it didn't really affect him too much. He goes to grab you, but you move out of the way and blast him with fire.

"I assume you already know this, but sea animals need to stay hydrated to help them keep cool. I wonder how much fire I can blast you with before you go down," you say.

"Bold of you to assume I'll give you the chance!" Orca says and tries to blast you with sound waves. You teleport above him and shoot white flames at him.

"Or should I keep increasing the heat of my flames and see how much you can take?" you ask and teleport again, this time shooting blue flames at him. Gang Orca jumps back and reevaluates the situation. You were hoping you could take him out before he was able to create space for himself. The only reason why you were doing so well is because of your sneak attack. Orca begins to launch sound waves at you from afar. You drop down into your base form to conserve strength and began to shoot lightning at him while trying to get closer. The reason why you stopped with the fire is that it has to travel farther and it'll lose some heat while traveling. By the time the flames reached Orca, they would've been much, much weaker. You don't have that problem with lightning, but it isn't as wide of an attack as fire. After shooting lightning and getting closer, you finally get within reach of Orca. You then see a bright light from your left and notice it's Todoroki launching fire, which confused you.

"Why is Todoroki using his fire? He can't direct it since he's paralyzed," you think to yourself. You then notice that the fire is getting larger and coming toward you and Orca. You look over and notice that the wind user, Inasa, or something like that, still had some control over his quirk and was able to create a flame tornado with Todoroki's fire. You instinctively turned your body into platinum. What little remains of your shirt have been burned off.

"Gang Orca must not have hit Inasa directly with his sound waves, and he's using Todoroki's fire to make up for his lack of control with his wind quirk," you think. This is good because you can use stronger attacks while this firenado weakens Orca. Deku also helped out by making sure none of the goons intervene, with some of your other classmates helping out. You look at Orca.

"Well, well. You're in a weakened state while I haven't hit the peak of my power. Overdrive 15%!" you yell and power up to Overdrive 15%. You attack with a flurry of quirks. You throw lava and acid at him and zap him with lightning. You also turn your mouth into a really loud speaker and scream at him. He then manages to unceremoniously punch you out of the cyclone and disperse it with a shock wave. You then begin to charge up a Requiem Ball. Orca makes his way over to Inasa, but Deku gets in his way. You were about to launch the Requiem Ball but then you heard a buzzer. Mera got on the announcements.

"Um, yeah, so, at this time, all of the HUC members who were deployed have been rescued from the disaster zone. It may seem anticlimactic, but with this, the provisional licensing exam has officially been completed. After we tally the scores, we'll announce the results here in the arena. Anyone injured should go to the infirmary. The rest of you are free to change clothes and wait wherever you like," he said. You go get changed and wait with the rest of your class, with some of them understandably being worried if they had passed or not. After a while, Mera comes to announce the results.

"Okay. Everyone. Thanks for your hard work in today's exam. Now, before I announce the results, I should probably explain the way we evaluated you. Between HUC and those of us at the Heroes Public Safety Commission, we had a two-fold demerit system that we used to determine your total scores. In other words, we were evaluating you based on how few mistakes you made in a crisis situation. Anyway, the names of those who passed are listed here in alphabetical order. Keep my words in mind as you search the screen for your name," Mera said. He then pressed a button and a bunch of names appeared on the screen. You begin searching for your name.

Hello everyone, thanks for reading! Writing on this computer has made things go by so much faster. I love it. Also happy President's day to my American viewers. Also found out my reader's analytics. I thought all of you were from North America, but I also have a lot of Europeans and one Russian. Not saying that they constantly read the story, but they have at least looked at the first chapter. More importantly, I do believe that this is the 69th chapter, nice. That's all, peace!
