Chapter 6

Broque Works were running around as they searched for Zoro and myself, "He couldn't have gone far! Let's find him and get Ms. Halloween back, men!" One agent shouted. I watched Zoro reach for his swords, "Ah, yes...my new recruits from Loguetown, Yubashiri and Kitestsu the Third. Now's as good a time as any to see what you two are made of, and with these thugs, we don't need to hold back." he said smirking.

I gasped, "Kitestsu? The Cursed Blade that kills whoever wields it?" I suddenly asked. Zoro looked at me and smirked, "You heard of it?" he asked and I nodded, "I have! I'm not the best with a sword but it's my preferred weapon." I said and pulled out my sword and showed it to him, "My father gave me this sword. It's a family heirloom and his name is Taberu." I said. Zoro gently took Taberu into his hands, "It's beautiful, I can tell you take good care of it." he said and smiled, "Thanks, Zoro." I said as I took Taberu back and slid him into his scabbard.

Suddenly, I heard laughing above us, "Hahaha! I got you now! Give Ms. Halloween back!" The agent shouted and Zoro quickly looked up, "Huh?" he asked as the agent pulled his gun out, "Die!" the agent shouted and fired his gun. Zoro grabbed me and rolled into the building behind us as the bullet missed us, "Are you okay?" Zoro asked and I nodded, "Thanks again." I said.

"Damn!" the agent shouted as he cocked his gun again. We heard more guns cock and I looked over my shoulder, seeing more agents aiming at us, "Zoro, look out!" I shouted. Zoro grabbed me again and dove over a table, kicking it up behind us as Baroque Works opened fire on us. Some bullets missed the table, but others hit the table.

I looked at Zoro as he grinned wickedly and placed his hand on one of his swords, "Up first, Evelyn, is Yubashiri." he said and sliced through the table. Baroque Works gasped as Zoro ran towards them and I followed, in the hopes of helping him escape.

He was so fast, I didn't see him as he zoomed through six people, but I saw the same six people die as they bled out. I reached Zoro as he smirked at his sword, "Light, well-balanced..." he remarked and looked at me, "Lets go, Evelyn." he said and I nodded as I followed him.

More agents ran towards us, "There's the sneaky rat! This way, guys!" The agent called to his men. He looked at us and grinned, "Hold it!" He shouted after us. Zoro looked at me and grinned, "Well, I guess they found us." He chuckled as we sprinted ahead together.

"They are coming your way!" The agent shouted to some more Millions. I reached out and grabbed Zoro's hand, "Zoro, this way!" I shouted and yanked him as I ran up a set of stairs. At the top, Zoro immediately ducked and took me with him as a Million fires a rocket launcher at us,

"No way!" Zoro gasped as the same Million approached us and chuckled, "Time to die." He sneered but a yell caused me to look over and gasp, "Zoro look out! Ms. Monday is hurdling a barrel at us!" I shouted. Zoro regained his footing and sliced through the barrel, cutting it into thirds and kocking out the men behind us. I looked at Zoro, "Amazing." I whispered in awe as Zoro looked at Ms. Monday, "Awww! And that wine must have cost a fortune. What a waste, huh?" He said sarcastically.

Another agent approached us from behind and went to hit me with a huge hammer, but Zoro quickly spun and sliced through the weapon with ease as I stumbled back in shock, "He-He tried to kill me." I realized in surprise.
