"Looks like we finally escaped the firing squad." Robin said behind me as I froze. Why was she here? I heard Jaxon speak right after her, "Looks like it. Nice work, fellas." Jaxon said and I spun around, meeting the eyes of both, Nico Robin and Clover Jaxon. Zoro looked at us as he used his thumb to pop out his sword, "Here to avenge your friends? Just try it!" Zoro snapped. Jaxon smirked at me and reached out towards me, but before he reached me, Zoro was in between us, his sword out and ready, "Don't even think about hurting her, Little Croc." he growled. Jaxon chuckled and held his hands up in surrender.
"Now this is unexpected. I guess I shouldn't be surprised considering." he said smiling as Yami walked out behind him. The rest of the crew all talked at once, panicking over seeing Robin and Jaxon standing on our ship. I grabbed Zoro's arm, "Wait, Zoro!" I pleaded as I moved in front of him, "Jaxon won't hurt me." I assured him. Zoro looked at me, "Why should I trust him?" Zoro demanded. I placed my hand on Zoro's hand that was gripping his sword, "Jaxon saved me, Zoro. He's the reason we were able to see each other again." I explained.
Zoro looked at Jaxon as Jaxon smiled at me, "I'm glad to see you well, Princess. How's the wrist?" he asked and I smiled, "Better now." I answered. Robin looked at Jaxon, "I see. So that's where you went when Luffy was chasing Crocodile." Robin realized. Jaxon looked at her, "It is." he confirmed. Nami glared at the couple as they walked passed us, "How long have you been on our ship?" Nami demanded.
"Quite a while." Robin answered as Jaxon took a seat. Yami laid at Jaxon's feet and curled up. The wolf looked hurt, like he was injured, somehow. That was probably why I didn't see him at Raindinners or the capital when Jaxon found me, "These are your clothes, right? I'm borrowing them." Robin told Nami. Nami glared at Robin, "Just a minute, lady! Who in the hell do you think you are?" she demanded. Jaxon cut everyone off as his eyes landed on Luffy, "Monkey D. Luffy. Robin told me about what you did, thank you." Jaxon said and Luffy nodded, "Sure. You're welcome." he said, obviously not remembering anything that would warrant a thank you from Crocodile's own son.
Shae looked at Jaxon, her eyes examining the tall, and broad man. Jaxon was wearing the same clothes he wore when we first saw him and Yami, watching us. Robin looked at Luffy, "It hasn't been so long that you've forgotten what you did, has it?" Robin asked as Jaxon raised a brow. Sanji growled at Luffy, "Luffy! What'd you do to that beautiful woman, you Lousy bastard? Tell me! Confess!" he demanded as Robin took a seat close to Jaxon. Yami adjusted himself so he was now in front of them both.
"Wait a minute! Stop lying! You know I didn't do anything to you!" Luffy argued, "Wrong. And what you did to me was unbearable. Go ahead. Admit it." Robin said as Jaxon chuckled, "This crew in entertaining, to say the least." Jaxon said to me and I smiled at him, "They are. But that's what makes them the Straw Hats." I said. Luffy was looking at Robin, "You're not making any sense. What do you want me to do?" Luffy asked. Jaxon looked at Luffy as Robin answered, "Jax and I want to join you." Robin answered as Jaxon smirked, "After all, you defeated my father, when even I didn't stand a chance." Jaxon admitted.
