We suddenly glanced behind us and saw smoke and fire in the air, "What's going on back there?" Chopper asked, "Looks like a fight between smoke and fire." Usopp answered, "So that's the kind of power you get after eating the Flame Flame Fruit." Sanji observed. Nami looked at Luffy and Shae, "Speaking of Devil Fruit, Luffy, is it true? Is that guy really your brother?" Nami asked.

"Yep! His name's Ace!" Luffy answered, "Look, I'm not surprised to hear you have a brother, Luffy. But what's he doing here on the Grand Line?" Zoro asked, "Ace is a pirate too, just like us!" Luffy answered. Shae nodded, "He left home three years before we did to go search for the One Piece!" Shae explained. We all watched for a moment longer before Nami looked at us, "Anyway, he bought us some time so we can't waste it. Let's get back to the ship!" Nami said.

We all turned and took off running towards our ship, "Wow, I never woulda thought I'd run into my big brother in a place like this." Luffy remarked. We all turned left as we ran, "I can see the ship!" Shae shouted as the sea came into veiw. We boarded the ship, Zoro pulling me on the the deck, "Get everything stowed! We're shoving off right away!" Nami commanded as we all rushed around the ship. I helped Zoro pull up the anchor and tie it off as Shae and Usopp dropped the sails.

"Ready!" Usopp shouted, "Right! Set sail!" Nami shouted and Shae suddenly stopped, "Wait!" she cried, "Where's Luffy?!" she shouted, worry on her face. Zoro groaned, "That stupid moron!" he shouted in frustration. We sailed the ship around the island as we all talked about Luffy. I stood at the front beside Zoro and Shae was in front of us, leaning on the ship railing. She had been silent ever since we left the harbor.

"Shae, don't worry. We will find Luffy, I promise." I assured her and she nodded, "I know. I've known Luffy my whole life, but still, I worry about that idiot." she sighed and I smiled as I walked up beside her, "You said earlier your mom died and your dad left you. Care to talk about it?" I asked. She looked at me, "My mother died from an illness when I was five years old. My dad came home a couple months after she died. During the months I was alone, Luffy's grandfather watched over me. When my dad returned home, he learned that my mother was dead. He stayed for a year, taking care of me until he decided to finally leave." Shae explained.

"Why did he leave? Where did he go?" I asked. Shae looked out towards the sea, "My father is a pirate. He left me to sail here, in the Grand Line. Luffy's grandfather looked after me for a year after Dad left, but he eventually left us with someone he knew, thats how we met Ace." she finished. I looked out towards the sea as Shae continued, "Luffy has been my best friend for years. I know he's strong, and I know he can take care of himself, but even so, I worry nonethless." she said and I smiled, "You love him, don't you Shae?" I asked.

Shae looked at me and smiled, "Is it that obvious?" she asked and I laughed, "Only because you have the same look as my sister when she talks about Koza, a friend of ours." I said and Shae laughed, "And the same look you have when you are with Zoro?" she teased. I felt my face heat up, "Shut up! That's not true!" I argued and she laughed.
