This particular book here is a 2nd draft. The 3rd and better draft (Hearts on Lease) is now available as paperback and ebook on Amazon (link in the comments) . It's also be available on Kindle Unlimited.

Book 2 (A Clause on Love) is coming in summer 2026.

The version on Wattpad will remain live, so you can read it and reread it as you like. This is because many readers have visited this book many times over the years and I don't want to deprive you of that possibility.

It's also because the new draft is a lot bigger and detailed, with a few changes. Roommates with Benefits is, in fact, now a full series with 5 books plus a prequel. I just have soooo much to say about these characters lol
