As soon as the ship docked, I jumped off onto the wooden pier and ran. I didn't even care where I was going, I just needed to run.

I sprinted into the forest, still crying hard. I pushed passed trees and jumped over logs. I kept running for as long as my legs could take me. I couldn't breathe. Not only was I breathing fast due to me running but I was panicking and crying so much.

Eventually my legs stopped running and exhausted, I slumped against a rock. I don't think I've ever cried so hard in my life. I had lost everything. My house, the chief and most importantly, Hiccup.

The last conversation we had was us arguing. I never got to tell him the truth. I never got to tell him that I like him too. I never got to tell him I was sorry.

All of a sudden my mind flashed back to what he had said. 'I love you'. He loves me...? Of course thinking about this made me cry even harder. Even after everything that I had said to him, he still said he loves me. I let him down. It got too much. I screamed. I screamed so loud my throat began to hurt. I couldn't breathe. What was I going to do?!

Snotlout POV:
I walked with Ruff, Tuff and Fishlegs to the edge of the island, just behind the houses. We sat on the edge of the cliff. No one said anything. We just sat there in silence. No one knew what to say.

Eventually, after a while of the only sound being heard was the wind blowing over the cliff, Fishlegs spoke up. "What are we going to do now?..." "There's nothing we can do..." Ruff replied. "We can't just do nothing!" Tuff argued back. "You're damn right!" I said, standing up. "We have to do something! The chief is gone and so is Hiccup. It's down to us to do something." "Hell yeah!" Tuff stood up taking my hand.

"So... what do you say guys?" I asked. They looked at each other before also standing up. "We're in!" They replied. "What do we tell Astrid...?" Fishlegs asked. "We should talk to Y/n first. Drago said 'cove romance' between them. We should definitely talk to her first." I replied. "They could have just been hanging out and Drago got the wrong idea. After all Hiccup is dating Astrid right...?" Fishlegs said with a confused look on his face. "He said 'I love you Y/n'. That doesn't sound very platonic to me." Tuffnut replied with a sarcastic look. "Something must have happened between Astrid and Hiccup. Hiccup wouldn't cheat on anyone. He ain't that type of person. We need to find Y/n." I said before Fishlegs said "Where would she be?" "Well she wouldn't be at home, she doesn't have a home to go to. Her dad might know." "Uh, Snotlout..." Ruff said looking confused. "Her dad is dead..." "Gobber?" I asked confused. "No, he's not her dad. He just takes care of her." "Oh shit, okay. Well where is he?" I said looking around. "The great hall?" Fishlegs asked. "It's a start." I replied before we made our way to the hall.

We ran into the great hall, swinging the door open with a bang. Everyone was silent after what had happened earlier that day. "Over there!" Ruff said causing us all to turn around. Gobber was sat on a table in the corner, drinking. He looked so sad. "Gobber!" We said running over to him. "Are you kids okay?!" He said looking concerned. "We're fine. We just need to know if you've seen Y/n." "The last I saw, she was running off into the forest." Said a Viking from the other end of the table. "Shit." Said Gobber. "I best go find her." "No it's okay Gobber. You stay here, we'll go find her." I said looking over to the door. "Thanks kids." He replied, sitting back down.

As Fishlegs went to whisper something to me, Gobber said "Whatever you're planing, don't do it." "We aren't planing anything..." Ruff said before we ran out of the hall.

Of course we did have a plan. We couldn't tell him that though or he might try to stop us.

"Where do we start?" Tuff asked as we ran into the forest. "I don't know. We just have to search." We ran into the forest for a bit before running out of breath and walking the rest of the way. "Y/n!" We all shouted at different times. The forest was dangerous and we needed to find her before something or SOMEONE else did.
