He made me believe... (READ STORY DESCRIPTION!!!)

Safety's over rated.

"So we sneak in and out, undetected?" I asked after we had finished figuring out the plan. "Perfect!" Snotlout replied.

"When do we leave?" Fishlegs asked. Before Snotlout could answer I cut in "Tonight!" I exclaimed. "Y/n..." Snotlout began. "No! I refuse to leave him there any longer! I need him here!" I yelled starting to tear up. "Okay, we will leave tonight." Snotlout said, understanding the intensity of the situation.

"Get ready and meet by the waters edge at 7." Snotlout took charge. "We need to get there when it's dark, that way we are less likely to be seen."

For the next hour, I snuck around Berk, grabbing all of the things we would need. I had to be careful to avoid Gobber as I know he wouldn't let me go, but I didn't care what he thought. Hiccup being taken was my fault and I needed to get him back before something terrible happened to him.

When Gobber had left the blacksmiths for food, I snuck in. I grabbed a new bow but I didn't have any arrows. I made sure I grabbed my axe and popped into my belt loop. I was about to leave when something caught my eye. Arrows. They were sat on Hiccups working station with a note underneath.

I picked them up and began to walk away before I saw a note wrapped around one of them. "For Y/n," it read but then all of the other words were scribbled out as if when he was writing it he couldn't exactly figure out how to word it.

As I stepped outside I looked at the sunset. It was time. All my nerves had left as the only thing I cared about was getting Hiccup back.

I quickly made my way down to the dock, but what I saw made me freeze. The group were all on dragons.

"Y/n..." Snotlout began. "I know you're scared of dragons but there is no way we are going to be able to get in undetected on a boat. This is the only way."

"Fuck it. Hiccup is out there and if this if how we get him back then I don't care!" I said walking towards the dragons. "Atta' girl!" Snotlout shouted, laughing. "This is Hookfang. He's actually quite friendly."

"Uh, isn't that a monstrous Nightmare?!" I asked walking over to him. "Yup." Snotlout said, patting Hookfang on the side. I thought back to me and Hiccup's study session. "Can't they set ON FIRE?!" I yelled, stepping back. "Y/n, I promise you, he isn't going to do that."

The dragon looked at me and remembered what I had done with Toothless. I held my hand out. He placed his head against my hand which made me instantly relax. "You better not set on fire!" I said to the dragon, climbing on top of it.

I sat behind Snotlout and placed my hands on my legs. "You might want to hang on..." Snotlout said smiling. "I'm fine." I replied. "If you insist!" And with that he took off.

"HOLY SHIT!" I yelled as the dragon sped off. I quickly grabbed Snotlout around the waist and he laughed at me. "I thought Nightfurys were supposed to be the fasted dragon out there!"

"They are!" Snotlout replied as we flew faster. "Toothless was never this fast!" I yelled back. "Hiccup was probably going slow to protect you!" As the words left his mouth I took a deep breath. He protected me and I couldn't protect him.

As we swerved in and out of the rocks I yelled "Are you sure this is safe?!" "Safety's over rated!" He yelled back laughing. By Odin's thunder! I thought to myself as we flew.

The further we flew the more I relaxed. This could actually be quite fun if we aren't on our way to try and break Hiccup out of the most dangerous man alive's castle.

I couldn't tell you how long we were flying for, the time seemed to evaporate as we weaved in and out of the clouds. Finally though, we arrived and landed on the same beach we had landed on before.

We hopped off of the dragons and they each told their dragons to wait there. We grabbed our weapons and slowly headed towards the castle.

Gobber POV:
That night I wanted to check on Y/n. I also had questions about her and Hiccup that needed answers. Her house was burnt to the group so I headed to the other kids houses to see where she was. As I spoke to their parents we all slowly realised something. They were ALL MISSING!

Oh no. I thought to myself. I quickly ran to the dragons keep and sure enough, their dragons were missing too.

I ran back into the middle of Berk and yelled "I need everyone's help!" As people started to leave their houses they asked "What's going on Gobber?!" "Y/n and her friends are missing! They must have gone after Hiccup! They are going to get themselves killed! We have to go after them!" Everyone agreed to it.

Everyone began running around and getting the ships ready for the second time today. Oh, Y/n. What have you gotten yourself into...
