Chapter 17

Apparently one of the guys in Pah's division has been causing some trouble using Toman's name, so Mikey had me go ahead of him to check it out.

I was hiding in a tree near the back of the school and saw a huge gathering. 'Well that was easy to find' I thought.

As I was watching, I saw a kid with extremely gelled hair walk into the ring. "Is he dumb or just stupid?" I mumbled. But as I watched, he started reminding me of Shinichirou. The way he didn't give up and kept fighting....it's exactly like him.

But my mesmerized moment was disrupted when the guy had told his lackeys to bring him a bat. 'Lowly shits' I thought to myself. I then saw Mikey and Draken's silhouette and decided to join them.

Takemichi's pov:

'Damn it! I can't run away from this!' I thought while trying to catch my breath. Kiyomasa was asking for a bat now, ohhh shit.... I'm gonna die.....

Right when I thought he was gonna get the bat, the arena suddenly got quiet. Even Kiyokmasa.

That was until I saw 3 figures walking. "Neh neh Ken-chin!" the smaller one of the three called out. "Huh?! Don't call me by that stupid nickname here" the tallest of them angrily said.

"I'm out of dorayaki" the small one said with a smile. Who is he anyway? Why he do nonchalant about this? And whose the other two? I had so many questions, but they were all shut down when everyone bowed down and greeted them.

Then it hit me, the head of the infamous Tokyo Manji Gang, Sano Manjirou! I just stood there watching as he passed Kiyomasa, not even sparing him a second glance as the guy and the other hooded person kick him in the stomach. He didn't even say anything, he just kept walking.... towards me?! Oh shit! Did I do something?! Fuck!

My thought was cut off when he appeared right in front of me. I fell back due to shock and he just leans in and asks, "what's your name?"

"H-hanagaki Takemichi" I manage to stutter out.

"I see, so Takemichy!" he said.

"Eh...? T-takemichy?" I questioned, did he mispronounce?

"That's what Mikey said, Takemichy" the tall one retorted, man he looks scary.

I got really confused once 'Mikey' started pulling my head near his. What is he doing? Oh my god! Is he gay?! I have a girlfriend! I just kept staring until he said this, "are you....really in middle school?"

Holy shit! Now I'm really scared..... What if he finds out?! Then Hina won't be saved! I kept panicking internally before hearing him say, "Takemichy, starting today, your my friend, alright?"

He then turn around and walks toward Kiyomasa, where the hooded person stood not too far. "Are you the one running these matches?" he asks. Kiyomasa just stuttered out a yes. He then just looks at the hooded guy and they just randomly kicked him.

Your pov:

After Mikey made friends with this wimp, he came towards my spot. Knowing exactly what's gonna happen, I just wait for my signal.

Once he did, I kicked this guy in the shin. I then grabbed his face and held it in front of Mikey for him to say his words before beating him shitless while everyone just watched on fear.

"That's enough. N/n, Ken-chin, Let's get going!" he said with a smile while I wiped his dirty blood off me. "Stop bringing Toman's reps down" I finally said before following Mikey.

Before we left completely, Mikey called out to Takemichy and Draken told them all scram.
