Romeo
While Marty had to feign interest in the she-devil, I gathered evidence to use against her. It's disturbing the lengths someone will go to achieve a goal. It also bothered me.
I exchanged messages with the she-devil and had to stay objective. The she-devil didn't make it easy with all the nasty shit she said. I shuddered.
Rafe strolled into the bedroom, glanced at the computer screen, and laughed. "What the hell is wrong with this demon child?"
"Everything. I'm so sick of reading this shit. I thought guys were bad. They have nothing on this chick."
Then the she-devil sent a topless pic.
"Whoa!" We threw up our hands to shield our eyes.
"Holy Christ! I didn't need to see that!" Rafe said.
"No shit!" I printed the screen before I deleted the picture.
It didn't matter. The she-devil sent a picture with her spread Eagle.
"For crying out loud! Now I'll have nightmares! Get rid of that shit!" Rafe said.
I printed out the evidence and deleted the photo. I had told Marty not to check his messages. Thank God he didn't since the she-devil scarred Rafe and me for life.
"We need the bitch to admit she's using Marty to procure a spot for the internship."
I tapped the keys and tried to act nonchalant about the internship. The she-devil didn't give me much to go on.
Pat walked into the bedroom. "Anything?"
"No. All we got was nasty ass pictures and everything this demon wants to do to little brother." Rafe screwed up his face.
"We need a new tactic. Can't we record her?"
"Not without her consent."
I stopped typing. "Unless we're on public property like a sidewalk." I scratched my face, thinking back to the barracuda.
"There's no way that will happen without us tipping the she-devil off," Rafe said.
I rubbed my cheek, then snapped my fingers. "I got it. We need someone of the female persuasion that one of us dated."
Pat and I looked at Rafe.
Rafe rolled his eyes. "Fine. I'll talk to Kate."
Pat and I smiled.

RafeI talked to Kate without divulging our plan. She agreed to help me because of our friendship. Then I hunted down Reese and found her at the bakery with the girls. I grabbed a chair, turned it around, and plopped my ass down.
"Why do you seem perturbed?" Reese asked me.
"I saw things I can never unsee again," I said.
"Like what?"
"It seems the text messages got a little thirsty when the she-devil sent a topless and nude."
Reese and the girls gaped at me. I shuddered, thinking about it.
"Well, some girls ooze desperation," Bailey said.
"Desperation? Oh, no. That's beyond desperation and diving into insanity. And I know insanity," Sage said.
"It's disturbing that someone would send naked pics to someone," Rowan mentioned.
"We must steer the she-devil away from her thirstiness to the real reason. I enlisted Kate's help with the situation," I said.
