Regrets!! 2 (Jungkook X Reader)

🌷CHAPTER~16

Y/N'S POV:-

Oh my god!!! It's already 12 pm... what have I been doing till now... I need to make my hair and my makeup, and I still cannot decide on what outfit I should wear...

After a chaos, I am finally ready and it's already 1:47 pm.. if I don't leave now I am 100 percent sure that I'll be late....

As I walk into Jeon's building I can't help myself but keeps on thinking Did I overdress? I should have worn a little bit of simple dress, this is so embarrassing..... but my thoughts were soon cut off by a sound of a footstep. 

"Oh Good to see you again Ms. Y/N" I looked up painfully slowly and saw a very cheerful Mr. Kang and an astonished Jungkook... Why is he staring at me like that??? Do I look weird?? I knew it.. I must be looking weird in this dress..I must be out of my mind what was I thinking!!!

I didn't realize that I'd been sighing and constantly looking down at my dress until Jungkook apologise "I-I'm so sorry for making you feel uncomfortable Ms. Y/n. Welcome back and Please this way (pointing towards the elevator)" signaling me to go before him. Hum? What is this? This is not what I expected.. I-I mean I'm not expecting him to be flattered by me but I thought he would at least... at least... ahhhh FORGET IT!!!

After a long very extremely awkward elevator ride, we finally arrived at the 8th floor where I asume the meeting is going to hold. As soon as the elevator doors open we were greeted by Hoseok and Namjoon. "Good to see you again Mr.Kang and Ms. Y/n, Please allow me to guide you towards the meeting room" Namjoon politely bow and gesture for us to follow him. 

Hoseok secretly gives me a thumbs up saying that I looked pretty, earning a light giggle from me that grabs Jungkook's attention that I am unaware of.

After the meeting, we headed towards a fancy restaurant for dinner, I still haven't recovered from my embarrassment but soon again it got worst as I saw all his hyungs joining us. 

"Ah, Y/nyaa~~ oh I-I mean Ms. Y/n... We will be meeting often from now on.. so please feel free to ask anything you need" Taehyung exclaimed with his cute signature boxy smile which never fails to make me laugh
"Yeah Sure... Thanks a lot about that..." I give him back an assuring smile 

The food was delicious but I... I kinda missed Jin Oppa's food, to be honest.. I sadly looked up in his direction only to make eye contact with him and he seems to understand what I was feeling, he just gives a sweet smile and nodded.

 Time passes by and it's already time for me to go back home... I rang Eric and Elina but both of them didn't pick up my call, assuming that they must be doing some couple shits I bow and bit goodbye to them and got ready to go home alone. "Wait Y/n-... aaamm.. M-Ms. Y/n.. I'll drop you home" Jungkook was about to come with me but I stop him.. not because I wanted to.. ya know Just acting hard to get hehe...

"Amm no no I'm fine seriously.. but Thankyou you for your concern" I RESPECTFULLY reject him but I could see the disappointment in his eyes so I changed my statement "Well I-I would like to go with Hos- I mean Mr. Jung Hoseok since I have something to discuss with him in private" I plead Hoseok to come with me in my mind and thankfully he listened "Yeah sure... come it's getting late.. see you guys tomorrow" Hoseok casually walk towards his car, and with one last bow, I ran towards his car and hastily go inside.

The first few minutes into the ride were a complete silence that suffocates me. "I can't do this anymore!" I suddenly spoke startling Hoseok 

"W-what do you mean?" He looks confused by my sudden outburst but I don't care.. I can't stand the awkward silence anymore..., especially with Hoseok, the brightest sunshine of the group, the happy virus that I've ever known... "I need to come clean with you... I mean I wanna come clean with you" Yes that's the right thing... I can be open with him... can't I?

"What do you mean by that?? You are scaring meeee!!" he being himself being dramatic again "No... HOSEOKK oppa... amm I mean.. I wanna share some secrets with you"

he seems to calm down a little bit "oh yeah sure go on" he calmly parks the car on the roadside and gets ready to listen to whatever I am about to say.

"Okay now tell me I am ready" with a deep breath and ignoring my painfully fast-beating heartbeat I drop the bomb with my eyes tightly shut  "I.... I think I'm still in love with Jungkook.."
