(Eda's P.O.V)

I look at the ground in front of me "You're right. . ." I put my hood back on and look at Raine

"I'm sorry Eda but it's the only way. . ." Raine puts their hood up and puts on their mask

I nod and put my mask on too "Yeah. . ."

(Hunter's P.O.V)

I try to hold back my tears while walking back toward the room 'What am I doing. . . what does Lilith even want with [F/N]. . . I'm I even doing the right thing by giving her to Lilith whats even gonna happen when I do give [F/N] over. . .' 

I sigh and stop outside of the door and steady my breathing 'I can't believe I'm doing this.' 

I open the door quietly and walk in shutting it behind me, I look over at [F/N] who's still asleep 

I smile slightly feeling my face heat up and look at the ground 'I will just go through with it during our mission in the morning and come up with something to tell Uncle Belos on how she just disappeared during the mission that won't get her, or the family hurt. . .'

(In the morning / [F/N]'s P.O.V)

I woke up and slowly opened my eyes while stretching

"Good morning sleepy head~" I look over and see hunter putting on his gloves to his uniform with a cocky smile on his face

"Ugh, I don't wanna hear it! But. . . it's 7 A.M. why are you in uniform I didn't know we had a mission this early I thought the mission was at 3 P.M? that's the whole reason I slept in an extra hour!" I looked at Hunter confused while standing up and grabbing my uniform

"Uh. . . Well you're right our mission isn't till 3, BUT we're going on patrol to kill some time!" Hunter says while avoiding eye contact with me and fixing his gloves

". . . Right" I get up and grab my uniform and walk out of the room

'Somethings not right. . . . he normally doesn't act like this. . . .' I think to myself and walk into the bathroom closest to the room

(During patrol | [F/N]'s P.O.V.)

Me and Hunter were on the normally building where we do our patrols and I kept seeing Hunter looking around, then at me, but he seemed really worried about something

"Hey Hunter?" I watch the streets making sure nothing suspicous is going on

I wait in silence for a little bit then turn around and don't see any sign of Hunter what's so ever

'Where did he go?! He was just here!' I think to myself while walking over to where hunter was a few minutes earlier

"Hun- Golden Guard!" I yell and notice people looking up at me, so I jump down from the roofs tower looking around

'Crap I HAVE to find him I can't lose him! Because I lo- Because Belos would kill me if something happened to him under my watch I mean that's why I'm still here. . . right. . .' I continue to think to myself  while running around throw the crowds of people while looking for Hunter

(Flashback | Hunter's P.O.V)

Me and [F/N] were on the building that we were normally on while doing patrols and I kept looking around, then back at [F/N], I couldn't help but be worried 'Am I doing the right thing?' I think to myself while looking back at everyone that's on the ground

while thinking I notice the two hooded figures on the ground 'It's time' I think to myself as I look back at [F/N]

right as I jump down from the tower I hear [F/N] "Hey Hunter" I felt bad for just leaving but I had to do this

I walked down an alley way and quickly threw on my cloak and walked back out the other side of the alley way

I saw [F/N] running through the crowds of people, I made eye contact with the two figures

they both nodded, so I nodded back knowing that it was finally time to kidnap [F/N]

I slowly start walking up behind her, worried about what's going to happen next

([F/N]'s P.O.V)

While running around to find Hunter I notice that a hooded figure started to follow me and start to gradually get closer

I stopped trying to look for Hunter and just started trying to loose whoever this person following me was

I kept cool and started walking through crowds thinking that would work but somehow he always found a way to keep up

'It's time to confront this guy!' I think to myself while going down and alley way that let to a dead end

I drew a circle in the hair and my harp formed into my hand and quickly made myself invisible

I watched as the figure came down the alley way and looked around really confused, then another figure came out of the shadows

the two hooded figures started talking and looking into the shadows as a third figure came out dragging Hunter with them

'I knew there was something going on with them! I have to help hunter' I think to myself as i look around the alley for an idea on what to do

there was a hole in the wall and I carefully when over there and took down the invisibility spell while hiding

I used my harp to cast a spell blade and hit one of the figures

I watched as Lilith's mask flew off the figure as they fell to the ground

I walked out of the shadows and the figure that was following me started attacking me, but not with magic

I just dodged the hits until I backed into one of the figures as it grabbed me and hit me in the head causing my vision to go dark

A/n - I have been working on so many story's recently and one of them in a Hunter x neutral pronouns reader since I started writing this one for a friend with she/her pronouns. When I started writing it I didn't think it was gonna do as well as its doing and blow up like this but I am really grateful for it!
