(Hunter's P.O.V)

"Hunter. . . Get away from her!" Luz said while slowly backing away from me and [F/n's] body

I looked at her really confused "Luz, what are you talking about?"

Luz kept slowly backing away from looking back ad forth between me and [F/n] really worried "Hunter... Watch out!"

I looked back down at [F/n], and saw Adrian Vernworth reaching to grab me

"Adrian!" I yelled as I got up really quick

Adrian had dust appear around him as he turned back into his normal appearance

"You are a pretty cleaver girl Luz! I thought I had you just like I did Hunter" Adrian said while standing up and dusting himself off

I backed away beside of Luz as Adrian continued walking towards us

"If it wasn't for you Luz I would have had Hunter fooled, but now I know that [F/n] wasn't actually kidnapped and she's just hiding out at the owl lady's home with a pest human!" Adrian said as he start walking towards us

We kept stepping back as [F/n] ran up behind Adrian and attacked him with a spell of fire to the back

"Hunter, Luz! Let's go now!" [f/n] screamed as she grabbed both mine and Luz's arms and took off into the woods where she came from

"[f/n]! You're safe!" I said while feeling relieved

"Of course I'm safe! I could tell something was off because he was acting like he was you! But things weren't adding up! You would never have asked me out like he did!" [F/n] yelled as we ran into a cave and stopped running

We continued walking into the cave and say he figure of a big creature in front of us

"Bat queen!" [F/n] said with a smile on her face

"Ahh little [f/n], I wasn't expecting you! What caused this unannounced visit, I see you also have friends with you" Bat queen said as me and Luz look at each other shocked

"It's the emperor's coven, I finally left and now their following me! They sent Adrian the head witch of the illusion coven after me!" [F/n] said sounding frantic

"Ah I see, well you know you are always welcome to hide out here. I'll make sure he'll never know you were here" Bat queen said with a smile

"Thank you so much Bat queen!" [F/n] said as we all hid inside a crevasse in the cave behind Bat queen

(Still in Bat queens cave | [F/n]'s P.O.V)

Me, Luz and Hunter were a little cramped inside the hiding space but we  were convinced we'd be able to leave soon

After all we had been in the cave for how long now? Hours!

I was getting impatient of waiting but I couldn't risk putting the others in danger

"If you guys need there is a cabin in the woods you three could stay in tonight" the Bat queen said as she watched the doors

A/n - OKAY IT'S BEEN A REALLY LONG TIME SINCE I LAST POSTED!!! And I'm so  sorry but I've had MAJOR writers block and a lot going on with my ental health and school! But I should be able to start getting back into my normal writing schedule REALLY soon!!! I know this is a short chapter but I wanted to get at least one chapter out today!!
