(Hunter's P.O.V)

I felt hot. when I fell asleep I wasn't cold but this warmth wasn't there either, so what was this sensation?

I opened my eyes to see that I was in the living room, but there was a sound, similar to a heartbeat. Beating like a drum in my ears, I rolled to see clothes right before my eyes.

I moved my glace up the clothes, to see Y/n on her scroll. "How long was I out?" I quietly asked, Y/n closed her scroll to look at me "Uhm it's almost midnight heh" I sat up rather quickly.

"Why didn't you wake me up!" She didn't have to leave me asleep on her, I would have been okay with watching up and moving to the room. 'I just don't want to make her uncomfortable, I can't lose her. Whatever is happening between us whether it's feelings or just friends... either way it just feels right having her around.'

"I wanted to let you sleep. Don't take this the wrong way but, I think you could use the sleep" Y/n laughed and ruffled my hair. She stood up and put out her hand, "Wanna go to an actual bed since we still have some time to sleep?"

Y/n smiled at me, I felt my heart rate speed up. I smiled back and took her hand, "I'm not the only one that needs some sleep" I teased her as we walked up the stairs hand in hand.

(At 10:00 A.M. \ Y/n's P.O.V)

I woke up to an empty bed, 'Hunter must already be downstairs, he does wake up pretty early' I sat up and dressed before walking downstairs, "Heyy guys, what's our plan today?" Hunter and Luz were sitting on the couch.

I smelt the scent of food coming from the kitchen, I switched my glance to the kitchen to find Eda cooking. "Oh lord, who left Eda in charge of breakfast?!" I smiled and walked into the kitchen

"Hey! I'm not that bad of a cook ya know!" Eda turned her head to look at me, I hopped onto the counter. "Your food is on fire, Eda"

Eda quickly looked back at the burning food, "Oh shit!" She rushed to move the burning food into the sink to put it out. "Well, looks like we aren't eating anytime soon" Luz sighed and pulled her knees up to her chest.

Texting Amity on a scroll... wait, science when did... "LUZ! Is that my scroll?!" I yelled. Luz jumped slightly and looked at me with a guilty smile. "Uhm... maybe..." I glared at her, "Listen, listen! In my defense, you left it down here last night and I wanted to talk to Amity! So I made a Pentagram account!"

"I told her you probably would mind since all she was doing was texting Amity" I looked at Hunter who was sitting on the other side of the couch, watching the crystal ball on that table.

"Omg, Eda! Look, It's Raine!" I smiled and sat down next to Hunter. Eda dropped the pan in the sink and ran over to look at the crystal ball. "How is the thing with the B.A.T.S. going?" Luz asked, catching Hunter and me off guard.

"Wait the B.A.T.S aren't those the bards against the throne?" I asked looking confused, Eda nodded. Hunter was quick to ask "What does Raine, or even you have to do with the B.A.T.S?"

Eda laughed nervously, rubbing the back of her neck. "Eda, Are Raine and you a part of the B.A.T.S" I sighed before asking her. Eda and Luz nodded. "Why didn't you tell me?!" I asked getting kinda interested in this.

"Well, I was going to but in my defense-" Eda got caught off by Hunter. "I mean you were part of the Emperor's coven until a few days ago" I looked down "Oh yeah," we all laughed.
