([Y/n's] P.O.V)
I laughed nervously "what do you mean your feelings for me have changed?" I said while avoiding any to all eye contact with Hunter
"Well, I...." Hunter got red and looped away as I started outing the pieces together
"you have feelings for me, you're feelings changed from being friendly to romantic feelings didn't they?" I said with an award smile and laughed slightly
Hunter just nodded his head as he turned its head to look in the opposite direction of me
"Hunter you don't have to be embarrassed trust me it's okay!! Mainly because I've been noticing the same changes in my feelings and how you've been acting around me!" I said while putting my hands in my lap to fidget with
"Wait so, you have the same feelings I have for you?" Hunter asks while looking at me with an intrigued look with Ed still on his face and the tips of his ears
I nodded while feeling my face getting warm along with Hunters "I do, I just didn't think that you would feel the same. So I never acted on the feelings" I said while holding eye contact with him
"That was why I never did anything!" Hunter said as we both started to laugh and lay back in the bed
"Looks like we've been worrying for no reason" I laugh while closing my eyes with a massive smile on my face
Even though my eyes were closed I could feel him looking at me as he said "Yeah, I guess so"
"Is something wrong?" I asked without opening my eye
"Hm? N-No nothing wrong" I hear shuffling on the bed and feeling the side of the bed he was on getting lighter as if he stood up
I waited and listened for a moment without moving to see if he would make any noise, but when I didn't hear any noise I opened my eyes and said "Hunter?"
I looks towards the side of the bed he was at and just saw him looking out the window "Hunter, you okay?"
Hunter continued to look out the window "I just don't know if asking you this is a good idea anymore after all of the stuff that happened tonight...."
"Hunter I'm sure whatever you're going to ask won't upset me," I said while sitting on the edge of the bed closest to where Hunter is standing
"I'm not worried about it was upsetting you, I'm worried that now's not the right time to ask this" Hunter says while putting his elbows on the window and putting his hands on his face
"I mean it's now or never right? That's what I always think with my questions!" I smiled while remembering something
"Just not with the question of asking you out," I thought to myself while slightly laughing
"You're right...." Hunter said while snapping me out of my thoughts and turns around to face me
I smile and pat the bed beside me for him to sit down "Of course I'm right, I always am"
I can tell that my comment lightened hunter's nerves a little bit
"I'm sure you are" Hunter laughed slightly and took a deep breath
"[Y/n] would you maybe want to go-" Hunter gets cut off by Luz barging into the room and throwing the door open
"GUYS THERE'S- I feel like I'm interrupting something..." Luz says while squinting at me and Hunter
"I mean Hunter was about to ask me something but if what you need is important I don't think he'd mind waiting" I smiled at Hunter and then at Luz
"I mean yeah, if it's important," Hunter said in a slightly sarcastic tone
"I mean- I can wait don't worry" Luz laughs awkwardly and backs out of the room closing the door behind her
"Okayyyy, what was it you were saying?" I turn back to Hunter as he smiles and looks down
"I was wondering if you would maybe wanna go out on a date," Hunter said as he looked up to make eye contact with me
"We already went on a date though? Remember our friend's date? We don't have another friends date till next month" I said while looking at Hunter confused
"Of course, I remember our friend's date but, I mean like an actual date," Hunter said while getting red
"That wasn't a real friends date?" I said while looking at Hunter feeling a little sad
"No no, it was! I just... Would you-" Hunter stopped because of his stuttering
"Hunter are you feeling okay you're red..... And your stammering" I asked starting to feel worried
"[Full name] would you like to go out with me?" Hunter finally said after a few minutes of silence
I looked at Hunter shocked as I feel butterflies in my stomach and the temperature of the room rise dramatically
I could manage to get any words out so I just nodded at him with a huge smile on my face
Hunter looks at me with a smile and then bursts out laughing
"What? " I managed to say while staring to think he was joking and I just basically told him that I had feelings for him
"You're just so red, it's adorable," Hunter said while calling down his laughter
My chest eases up and I stand up "Wait so you, you like me?! Like in more than a friend way!"
"Noooo, I just asked you to go out with me because you're my best friend!" Hunter said sarcastically while doing dramatic things with his hands
"Oh shut up! I was just trying to wrap my brain around what just happened!" I said while punching him in the shoulder
Luz had walked back into the room at some point and is now looking at me and Hunter with a dumbfounded face
"HE FINALLY ASKED YOU OUT?!" Luz said as of she's known this entire time
"Yeah- wait, Finally?" I slowly looked over to Hunter who was rubbing the back of his neck nervously
"Yeah, I may or may not have gone to Luz about me liking you several times," Hunter said while avoiding eye contact
"AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME!!" I and Hunter both yelled at Luz in unison, feeling slightly betrayed that she didn't tell us sooner
"Well, it was kind of funny having both of you come to me about your crushes, ON EACHOTHER!" Luz said with a cocky grin on her face
"She got a kick out of it!" Hunter said while walking up beside me with his arms crossed looking like she just told the cops he killed someone
"Welllll you're not wrong, I did get a kick out of it! But it also wasn't my job to give the other person a declaration of the other's feelings!" Luz said while trying to defend herself
"That's your job to confess not me just telling you about each other's feelings," Luz said while crossing her arms knowing that she was making a really good point
