"Am I really that oblivious, Jungkookie? How come I haven't seen you around when I had Mr. Kim as one of my teachers for the past 2 years?" Taehyung was really curious about this.
"That's because I don't usually roam around the campus. I only stay here at the arts building, or Seokjin hyung's office, or the library or the courtyard." Jungkook listed one by one the places that he frequently goes to when he's at school.
"Then how have you seen or known me?" Taehyung really wanted to know. "Do you see that classroom?" Jungkook pointed to the building across from them.
Taehyung followed the direction that Jungkook was pointing at and nodded with an evident frown on his face. "That's the room of your drama class. So for the past 2 years, I can always see you there."
"Then that clearly shows that I'm oblivious. How come I haven't seen you when I had stayed countless times in that room? Or even seen you with Mr. Kim?" Taehyung really felt that it's so unfortunate that he just met Jungkook now when he could have met him 2 years ago.
"If you had seen me 2 years ago, you wouldn't have taken the time to talk with me." Jungkook said sadly. "During those times you were still in a relationship and all your attention was with her. There was even a period of time where you won't be with your friends while your girlfriend is around."
Taehyung did remember those times that Jungkook mentioned. At that time he still doesn't see how toxic his relationship is.
"We could no longer undo the things from the past. What's important is that we met now." Jungkook said when he observed that Taehyung got pensive.
"Would you like me to bring you home, Kookie? It's starting to get dark," Taehyung asked while looking out the window.
But before Jungkook could respond, "Kookie, hyung is here." Seokjin entered the room in a loud manner. "Taehyung, what are you doing here? I haven't remembered setting up a meeting for you with my Kookie"
"We decided to meet up on our own hyungie," Jungkook answered before Taehyung could say anything.
"But we have to go now, Kookie. Your Namjoon hyung is waiting for us since he'll bring us to his company dinner." Seokjin started to gather Jungkook's things and waited for the younger one to come to his side.
The three of them started to go outside of the building but Taehyung still wanted to spend more time with Jungkook. He wanted to continue talking with the younger and asked him questions such as his likes and dislikes.
"Kookie can I have your number so that I can text and call you?" "Sure hyungie," Jungkook took Taehyung's phone and proceeded to type in his number.
"We'll go ahead Taehyungah," Seokjin said while opening the passenger side for Jungkook. "Drive safely, Mr. Kim and I'll call you later, Kookie." Taehyung bid them goodbye and continued waving until he could no longer see their car.
